Welcome to InHouse Architecture.  We are a young energetic company with the simple aim to take the fuss out of Architecture, Design & Construction. InHouse Architecture offers a friendly and professional Architectural service throughout the North East, Northumberland and North Yorkshire area. InHouse Architecture was formed in July 2012 by Andrew Arthur and Mark Arthur, two brothers from the Teesside area. Both have the ambition for the company to grow into a well established and respected outfit. Over the last few years the company has gone from strength to strength.

Both Andrew & Mark have worked for some of the largest Architectural practices in the North East of England, Working on a broad spectrum of projects, from residential through to multi million pound commercial schemes all over the country. As a team we endeavour to bring a young and enthusiastic approach to any project we undertake. You can rest assured that you will be taken care of, from the initial call through to completion. We use the latest in computer aided design software along with cutting edge BIM technology (building information modelling software) to produce high quality drawing packages. We appreciate some people struggle to understand a set of drawings, therefore we endeavour to help clients to visualise the end product with the aid of coloured plans and photo realistic 3D renders, both internally and externally depending on the project.

We can help with the appointment of consultant engineers and builders in many local areas, and only work with like minded individuals who are professional qualified and fully insured.

We also work closely with Interior Designers who can provide you with samples, mood boards, furniture ideas and 3D visuals of your house.
