    He came promptly on the day that I rang him, messaged to let me know he was on his way and cleared our blocked kitchen drain that meant I couldn't use the sink, washing machine or washing up machine. He came with the proper equipment, assessed the problem and dealt with it most professionally and quickly and charged a very reasonable fee. We were very happy with the excellent service we received.
