John was exceptionally professional from start to finish.  Stuck to agreed time, gave me notice before and on arrival, dealt efficiently with the blocked sink and with no mess or water to clean up. First class plumber

I was in contact with John Goodes in the morning and he came round in the afternoon to sort out my block drain. He is incredibly professional and efficient. He knew exactly what to do without me saying much and sorted the issue in about five minutes. He also has a team of people he works with, one of which is coming round to fit parts, so he is a one stop shop. John is very reliable and clearly very experienced. Highly recommend!

engineer came and flushed drainpipe soakaway channel. explained in detail what was done & what needs doing in the short term. very knowledgeable and suggested alternatives.

John arrived promptly following my call to report a blocked drain. Excellent communications throughout. John is clearly an expert in his field and had the problem fixed quickly and gave comprehensive advice on how to avoid the the issue occuring again in the future. What a discovery... we wouldn't hesitate to use iUnblockDrains Ltd again in the future.    

Blocked Drain

My tenant called to say the kitchen sink was blocked. I've used iUnblockDrains before and had excellent service so I called them again to come out. It transpired that it had unblocked itself when he arrived so it was an intermittent problem. John gave my tenant lots of advice about how to keep it from blocking up again. He didn't even charge me for the visit. Another great experience with this company, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

John was unable to unblock my shower, which wasn’t his fault at all.   But he gave lots of helpful advice on what to do next.  A decent chap!
