Both the live and Neutral cables are fused. This is very dangerous, if the neutral fuse blows the circuit will still be live and not properly isolated.

I was called out to check a loose hanging light. On closer inspection I found that the light had over heated and the wiring was beginning to crack. I had to move the light as the cieling was about to give way.

We chased a channel along the wall for routing the cable. The wall was very fragile so had to be cut by hand.

This was a tricky install. Light fitting cost over £1000 so had to handle with care. Not to mention the ceiling was extremely high as was concrete just to make things more difficult.

They booked the job within 2 days, Electrician came on time, performed the job timely and explained the features of the timer. Payment was easy and convenient, would use the company again

Timer for immersion boiler 

Electrician came out to find the fault. Said it was a two person job because they’d likely need to pull up floorboards to find issue. Electricians didn’t turn up on two consecutive days and no communication as to why. Call centre help incredibly poor.
Hired an alternative electrician who found the fault by himself in 15 min and took 15 min to fix. The original electrician should have found the issue as well if he had investigated properly.
Utterly terrible service and would not recommend this company. 
Company is aware of my concerns and has not addressed them.
