I was very happy with the service received from Mark.  He was punctual, excellent comunication at all times.

The job seemed to take a while, partly due to weather conditions and having to order extra materials due to renewing extra parts.

Mark removed old skirts and replaced with new in two rooms.  One of the rooms required matching to existing skirt.  The workmanship was of a high quality and I'm very happy with the finish.

They are everything you can expect of a builder.  They do what say they will do.  Quality of work is excellent, with great attention to detail.  They go above and beyond to ensure the work is done with minimal difficulty for you.  Eg sealing things properly to minimise dust.  Every piece of rubbish is taken away the same day.  We had a problem with electrics late Friday evening, I messaged and first thing Saturday I got a call, Chris came out and immediately said don’t worry I’ll sort this.  It was sorted within the hour.  Amazing and we would quite definitely use them again.  Thank you, brilliant!!

Kitchen and remodelling of rooms.

Can’t fault them at all from day one .  Very professional in all aspects of the job .  Trustworthy and used very experienced tradesmen.  We were always kept updated on what was happening from day to day .  Would highly recommend them .  We love our new kitchen .

We would highly recommend Allan Ball Building Contractors.  This family run business has been professional and friendly from start to finish on our large project.  Their work has been of an excellent standard and we couldn't be happier with the end result.  Chris and his team always took the time to discuss and explain the work at each stage and answer any questions, which we really appreciated.  The team was respectful, quiet and very tidy which again was a big plus for us as we lived in the house as the building work was completed.  The price was also very competitive.

Chris was very well organised and blitzed the job in 3 weeks, as he had originally programmed.  He was very good at communicating (important to us as we were not on site) and the quality of work done was very good.  We were very happy with the end result and will be in touch again.

Loft flooring

We wanted to knock down a wall to create a larger kitchen which involved plastering,plumbing work,rewiring ,new ceiling etc.  Alan Ball came round and was very helpful in giving advice/ideas on how to achieve our goals.  Chris Ball was excellent as project manager-any queries /requests by us were dealt immediately .  ALL the tradesmen working for Chris were polite,on time,tidy and the standard of work were of a very high standard.  My wife and I will have no hesitation in using this firm for future work.
