Couldn’t ask for a better tiler. Lewis was conscientious, efficient and most of all a fantastic tiler with a great eye for detail. His experience shone through helping us to make the best decisions when issue’s arose . Nothing was too much trouble. His easy going friendly nature made our experience the best. Lewis tiled our new bathroom walls and floor.  He done a great job.  We had an issue with shortfall of tiles but that was my fault not his which delayed the job as we needed to get the new tiles in.  He managed move things about for us to finish the job off  With minor delays.  In all pleaded with the finish.  I would recommend him in future

Couldn't recommend Lewis enough.  He came in at the last minute and saved the day doing an offset herringbone with white metro tiles and the dreaded black grout.   He didn't make a fuss.  Just turned up for a fair price, did the work exceptionally well and left the area tidier and cleaner than when he arrived.  I'll definitely be using him again in the future.

Bathroom Tiling

I had been told that my wall was damp in our 1760 cottage.  I contacted Jamie for a second opinion.  I was hugely impress led with his approach and style.  He confirmed suspicion that the wall was not damp, thereby saving cost and a huge amount of disruption /work to hack off plaster etc etc
Moisture management discussed and PIV Unit fitted by Jamie and Tim.  They were clean, tidy and very respectful to me and my home.  Advice also given how to deal with moisture caused by external chimney.

After a previous tiler was let go, I contacted MJPS with photos of work required.  We traded messages of our requirements with which was enough for a quote and how much time would be needed.  There was no issue with us providing our own materials, and advice received was invaluable.  Work ethos is a credit to them, but letting us know what would be best and if we were happy with suggestions from the start of each day, and advised if any deviation to the plan.  Workmanship was a very high standard and post tiling advice was greatly appreciated.  Courteous, reliable and trustworthy 100%

Gavin was great, an absolute perfectionist.  He had complex patterns to fit on both the walls and floors and managed it flawlessly.  Our property is a 1700 century farm house where every room and floors is handicapped by sloping floors and wonky walls, Gavin overcame all these obstacles with a quiet, unassuming professionalism.  I Would absolutely recommend him.

We had to split the floor in the threshold of the door. Due to the external wall of the house being on a 45 degree angle, I reccomended this so the floor was swayed from both rooms

We ripped up the original tiles that's I laid 16 years ago. We then self levelling using all bal materials, laid bal rapid mat to help with cracks, then laid limestone slabs

From the moment you arrived(10 minutes early by the way) we got on very well. Professional as ever and a pleasure to watch your work. Contacted Andrew with a SOS to rectify problems following the re-fit of my en-suite (nothing to do with Andrew!) The issues were shelves inside the shower area pooling, very poor and uneven finish and dreadful edging work on what I regard as top end tiles.  All in all very upsetting!  Andrew and James came to the rescue at short notice and the end result is perfection!  So refreshing was simple explanation of the issues and how they could be fixed.  The ‘this is no problem and I can fix it’ approach was reassuring, I’m beyond grateful!  These guys are the difference that makes a difference!!!!

Andrew did a phenomenal job on a very awkward hallway, extending work done by a previous tiler and I'm blown away by the quality and attention to detail shown in the end result.   Not only was the work of excellent standard the whole process was very smooth.   He showed up to quote right on time, followed up quickly with a very professional and easy to understand quote, including clear and helpful notes.   He contacted me the day before to confirm all ok with the job and was there at 8am the next day to get started.  I've worked with a lot of tradesmen over the years and Andrew is the best
