Pat and his team did an excellent job fixing our leaky flat roof.  Despite the job being more work than they initially realized / quoted for, they went above and beyond to get the job done and ensure our roof was fixed that day.

Pat and his team did an excellent job of repairing and replacing (where necessary) different areas of our roof with new timbers, tiles and ridges, plus a new breathable membrane.  The team worked very hard, ensuring the job was done in the timeframe discussed and to a high standard.  The team were also tidy and polite.  Pat also communicated with me throughout the job.  So I knew what was happening and when.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Aluline.  This was a big job, which also came with a 20-year guarantee, which gives us peace of mind, thank you.

Excellent company and team would reccommend

Aluline carried out a full roof inspection and recommended repairs and improvements to our roofs.  They carefully designed and constructed a custom fiberglass gutter to improve upon the existing design on our property with was faulty.  Aluline also remediated the associated valley, improved our roof tiles, installed new dry verge and dry ridge systems and repaired guttering systems.  We have a guarantee on the workmanship and will receive support from Aluline for gutter inspections.  We will consider Aluline when we remediate our property's main flat roof.

Nice chaps.  Did a good solid job.  Not cheap, but good quality work.  They were happy to go the extra mile and help with a couple of little side jobs, too.

Pat , Michael and team were very courteous, patient and polite throughout long roof replacement , attic insulation and flat roof repair - 10 days.  Communication regarding all aspects of the process was excellent throughout including communications with my neighbour whose roof is connected.  I’m confident that I can contact Pat at any point in the future regarding the works completed and my concerns will be taken seriously and resolved promptly to my satisfaction.

We had a leaking roof and had the need for an emergency fix. They were able to fix the roof very quickly, the next day. Thankfully, as the roofer came early in the day the work was completed before the really heavy rains came down. The flat roof that was leaking was completely replaced. Very grateful for the quick service.

Kitchen roof was leaking

A ridge system was installed, but roof is still leaking even though I was charged £700more than initial estimate.  The new facia did not line up properly and overflowed as soon as it rained.  The gutter was fixed but 2 of the clips are not clipped in.  I cannot see the work to flat roof area as scaffolding doesn't allow access, only video of this area.3 men completed the job in 1 day.  It did not feel like they were doing what needed to be done but what they wanted to do, communication was not great , was meant to be a quick job scaffolding removed today.

Renew roof back addition, repair loft leak.

The scaffolding went up on Tuesday but the job did not start until Friday.  They made a good job of the roof but there was an issue with the gutter but they came back and resolved it.  I am just waiting for them to replace a couple of broken clips to the gutter and take the scaffolding down.

John came round and gave a good quote for repairing my gutter as water was damaging the brick work and causing damp.  He took photos and videos of the guttering to show me what the cause of the problem was and how to get it fixed.  Happy to say it has been fixed.  Very polite, courteous and professional.  We will need some more work done later in the year and will definitely be using them again.
