Ricky and his team did an amazing job on our ground floor extension. The quality of the work was first class and they were a pleasure to have around. They worked really hard and the job was completed in good time with close attention to every detail of the build. They made helpful suggestions to my original plans. The work included new drainage for the downstairs toilet,  plus work needed on my roof and driveway. We are delighted with the end result which blends well with the rest of the house. The job was completed at a favourable price and everything left clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Job was well priced, with accurate estimation of materials needed.  Work completed quickly with good feedback along the way as to how the job was progressing. I needed to sound proof my floors and requested to make it specifically inside with slabs without any finish. Very few contractors get into position that I don't want to replace the whole chipboard floor. Eddie get into position and provided me with the best offer. They started and did the job quickly. 
Still there was sensed a bit of rush when I had to inspect and ask to reinforce the floor near cuts after the job was done and fix some ceiling lights.

Eddy did a great job leveling out floor and installing our new wooden floor.  We had a few initial issues and he came up with good solutions to make it work.  Left the place tidy and put pack all the furniture where they belong after his job done.  Really recommend

Eddie did such an incredible job with my project from start to finish.   I’m impressed by the quality of the build and the finish achieved, and also by the discipline showed by his team in terms of turning up on time every day, sticking to the project schedule and keeping costs under budget.   I found Eddie and his team to be courteous, worked well with other tradesmen, kept the site and surroundings tidy, and also cultivated good relations with the neighbours who didn’t complain once about noise or anything else.  9 months in, I couldnt be happier my newly renovated house.

Writing a review for the first phase of our project.   From the start of the build, the team has always shown up on time and worked exceptionally hard to bring our vision for the house to reality.  Kev Construct is comprised of extremely skilled and talented individuals who have great attention to detail and knowledge.  They make the work look easy.  The project manager is always there to make sure any problems have feasible solutions and that building regulations are adhered to.  As a result, they are doing additional work.  Will provide an in-depth review once the whole project is complete.

I can not recommend this company high enough - within three days of our first contact, the building work started.  Marian and his team were quick, reliable, knowledgeable and professional.  They managed to pull off the build within the predicted timeframe and quoted amount and with great workmanship.  Turns out I hadn’t thought of all the details - Marian took the time to recommend the right items to order and how to fit them.
