Thoroughly satisfied.  I used Steven earlier on in the year to remove an internal wall and install a steel structure which was a part of the bigger renovation I am undertaking on the house, so when I was ready to to progress with the extension plans I got Steven to quote.  His quote was detailed and was very willing to discuss every aspect of the work with me and answer all questions.  Everything was completed to a good standard and to the original quote.  On several occasions he went above and beyond to help me which I'm very grateful for.  Wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any building work.

Fitting a new lintel over patio door

Work was carried out very professionally, Gareth and Alex turned up early and did not take a break until they had finished.  Would definitely have them again should the need arise and would highly recommend them to anyone

Repairs to damaged brickwork.

Very happy.  Replaced a kitchen window with a smaller size, built up brickwork and bricked up a small window that was no longer needed in new kitchen design.  Gareth has excellent communication and is very responsive, with a competitive price.  Polite and tidy team.  To me the sign of a reliable business is that minor snagging was satisfactorily resolved without issue the next day.  Would happily use them again and recommend.

Location was challenging owing to existing trees and dense shrubs, but Alex cleared the site effectively and erected the fence with care and attention to detail, and left the site completely tidy afterwards.  Really solid and neat job - exactly what we wanted.  Happy to recommend to anyone.

Brandon responded to an urgent job which we posted on check a trade. Due to an unsafe wall, we needed help to rebuild quickly.
Brandon communicated professionally and clearly via whatsapp and email, to include an itemised quotation so that we knew exactly where costs were going. Brandon and his co-worker Ewan were prompt and friendly. The job was completed in two days (as originally expected) and before leaving site, Brandon and Ewan cleaned up and left the site tidy. I would highly recommend Malone Brickwork and would definitely contact them again should we need any further building work.

Provided detailed quote and timeframe.  Kept updated on arrival time.  Was friendly, tidy and communicative throughout.  Looks a really tidy and impressive job, blends in well with existing brickwork.
