Chris and team did a sterling job of sand & cementing our garden wall. The finish is smooth and the quality of their workmanship was second to none. Really professional duo and they cleaned up after they finished every day. Would highly recommend!

They are accommodating, real perfectionists, trustworthy, organised, hardworking and knowledgeable. As well as utterly transforming our house with a faultless render job, they leave no stone unturned, fixing cracks in walls and pipes (that could ruin your render), painting our chimney, clear siliconing copings. They've solved 100 problems in one. Would give 100 stars if I could. If we ever move, they'll be the first call I make.

Fast to respond with a quote and very timely with the actual rendering.  Polite and courteous.  I did not look anywhere else after seeing their workmanship on another property - its it exceptional.  Job needed to be completed twice after heavy rainfall ruined their work; there was no fuss, no drama and no hesitation.  Straight back onto it and and finished the job.  This firm are professional and reliable and put customers first; you hire builders for their workmanship - in my opinion,, they are second-to-none and would use again without hesitation and I have recommended them to others already

External rendering

Darren, Mike and the girls have done an amazing job insulating (exterior) and re-rendering our house.  Fighting storms and cold, they have shown up and worked whenever possible to get the job done, even working over the Christmas holidays!  (That kind of commitment can barely be found these days anymore...)

We hired Spartan Restoration to transform our front garden after they did such a good job transforming the façade of our property. We now have a beautiful mosaic path and new wall built with reclaimed bricks which perfectly complements our newly renovated period property.

The team at Spartan did an amazing job restoring the front of our Victorian terraced house.  They removed three layers of paint and restored the brickwork, and also reinstated the cornice at the top of the house.  It now looks so much better and we are really pleased with the result. Kitchen Refurb - Full Plastering (Ceilings and Walls)

I wanted the master bedroom of my Victorian terraced house completely modernised to maximise space yet retain the key features such as sash windows and high ceiling.  Liberty Building Systems were fantastic at going with my plan while suggesting complementary ideas.  Andy and his lovely team took on the whole project from adding a new ceiling, spray plastering the entire room which leaves an impeccable finish to the walls, rewiring to add ceiling spot and wall lights and bespoke elegant shaker style built-in floor to ceiling sliding wardrobes to cover the alcoves.  I am over the moon.  Thank you guys.

Ashley has done a few bits of plastering for us now.  This latest job was a particularly awkward space above our stairs with a very high ceiling that had started to crumble.  After removing any loose old plaster, Ashley re-boarded ceilings and plastered the walls and ceiling.  As with previous jobs, I’m very pleased with the quality of Ashley’s work - the finish is unbelievably smooth.   Always lets you know when he’ll be arriving, always on time, tidy, polite and friendly guy.  Couldn’t ask for more.  Will be giving him a call for the next bit of plastering we’re planning in a couple of months.
