Tom did a very good job in our bathroom - replacing and installing a new bath and shower screen.  Communication was excellent and Tom made sure everything had a neat finish at the end, including disposing of all waste.  I recommend and would use again

Bath and shower screen replacement

Tom took on the job which other companies had said was “impossible” without stripping the whole shower wall.  He sourced good quality materials and fitted them efficiently and without any drama, making the whole thing look very straightforward at a fraction of the cost quoted by others.  Extremely pleased with the end result which is both functional and stylish.  No hesitation to recommend.  We will definitely use Tom again.

Installing two shower trays to replace badly fitted “wet room”; new toilet, sink unit and tap.

We hired Tom to rehang a wall hung toilet.  We purchased a new steel frame but toilet would not stay on the wall, so Tom purchased a new floor standing after not being able to do the job.  Tom left without finishing - cracked tiles not replaced and grout not sealed, and also left with my house keys.  I have been trying to get in contact with him for over 3 weeks but no response.  My vanity unit has just fallen off the wall, due to it not being rebolted after some of the work carried out.  I am hoping that Tom will contact me after seeing this to rectify the work, as he seemed very friendly/polite

Rehanging Wall-Hung Toilet

Tom was recommended to me by a friend.  Arranged a time which Tom adhered to.  Exceptionally polite and professional throughout his first visit.  Received the estimate 2 days later.  The quote was very competitive and I agreed.  Work started 3 days later.  The renovation was excellent.  Could not fault him.  Tom will be top of my list when I next need work doing at my property.  Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Great work, arrived on time and worked hard throughout.  Tidied after himself.  Really happy with the work and a really nice guy too.  End result was great.

Replace bath and shower screen and associated taps.

The work involved stripping out and rebuilding the base of a shower, the original having leaked and gone rotten.  Tom was helpful not just in carrying out the work efficiently but in envisaging just what would work.  Very happy with the work, would certainly use his services again.

Stress free, even though we have indoor cats, quality of workmanship, had problems with our bathroom supplier which lead to wrong tiles being delivered and no bath, with Greg's contacts he took the pressure off us and got us back on track, bathroom was completed on time to a high standard, I would highly recommend.

Greg was recommended by another trades person so obviously I was a bit apprehensive as had not seen his work before.  Nevertheless I need not have worried.  He was first class.  My wife and I had no complaints.  He ripped out the old bathroom, bath, shower, sink, toilet and tiles.  He did a total refit.  He was impressively tidy to my surprise, all swept up and kit stacked every night.  Tiling and new rad fitted as well.  Also under took rerouting of pipe work as bath moved.  I have already given his details to a friend of ours and would do so again.  You will not be disappointed.

Bathroom total refurbishment, rip out and install

We needed a completly new shower room as we are disabled.  He kept everything tidy and safe for us during work and once he left for the day.  We was very pleased with the finished work too.  We now feel safe while showering.  Work is very high standard.  Would recommend 100% and will use again.

So happy with the work, the bathrooms were transformed, it was done efficiently whilst also being flexible and understanding of us working from home, so if we needed loud work to pause Greg was always understanding.  Also really helpful in advising on what products/solutions might work, as well as helping problem solve for errors and damaged goods provided by Wickes, including seeking alternative suppliers.  I would recommend in a heartbeat!

I needed an emergency bathroom specialist to deal with a leak from shower tray. Was a relatively small / slow leak but nevertheless was sufficient to cause damage the ceiling below and needed to be addressed quickly. Plumber came promptly and on time, very polite and friendly, did a great job and explained the problem and how it had been addressed. Will use them again and would definitely recommend!

I am very pleased with Levan from start to finish, very helpful and goes above and beyond.  Levan helped with the choosing of the furniture and fittings and if anything was wrong or missing Levan would ensure to get it sorted. Had been let down by previous builders and bathroom was left incomplete which was very stressful, Levan is reliable, professional and worked hard to complete the job.  Levan helped with making decisions and recommendations on design and finishing touches and how to complete the project well and was really helpful and friendly when it came to his approach. We're so pleased with our new bathroom.  Dave worked really hard and was communicative throughout.   His work is great quality and he's careful of little details.  For example, he minimised the old bathroom's boxing for pipes and increased the overall space by a large margin.  We didn't even know that was possible!   Would highly recommend for anybody thinking of refitting their bathroom.
