  James repaired a leaking fibreglass bay window roof for us. He knew straight away what needed doing and gave us a great price. Arrived when he said he would, did what he said he would, and left the place very tidy. The only way you'd know he'd been there is the lovely neat job done on the roof! We are the envy of the cul-de-sac. Highly recommend this trustworthy gent!

  James Moore was great at immediately determining what the continually on-going problems were with my roof. He kindly organised the scaffolding to be put in place, and made his appointment to remedy the problem within just a few days. James, and his colleagues were very considerate, and clean and tidy with all the work. Thankfully at long last the issues have now been properly resolved. I would highly recommend.

  Everything was great from start to finish. The communication with James from the Moores Property Maintenance was easy. James gave a honest assessment of what needed to be done and, unlike some other companies did not try to upsell/suggest any work which was not essential. The work was completed on the agreed dates, for the agreed price, quickly and efficiently. James gave me some good advice on other matters, and even mounted a key safe for me free of charge. James is a really trustworthy and reliable person, who will do an excellent job for you.I highly recommend him.
