Roof repair

We had some storm damage to our roof and needed some ridge tiles and roof tiles replacing/refixing. We contacted James on Checkatrade, and he was quick to get back to us. Communication was great throughout, and he sent his son round to take a look and provide a quote. Lovely, friendly, and professional service throughout.

We were very happy with the quote supplied, and the work was carried out promptly and safely. Would definitely recommend and use again.

James has done three jobs for us in the last couple of years. He responded quickly and sorted us out every time. Highly recommended.

Repointing and other work

I rang James about a roof repair, he was actually working locally and came straight round to take a look. Gave me an honest and reasonable quote. He arranged to carry out the repairs within days, turned up when expected and carried out the work efficiently and quickly. He took videos of the repairs as he and his team were doing  them, so I could see what work had been carried out. Took all rubbish away. Prompt, reliable and a nice guy. Would recommend.

I contacted James through the site and within minutes he had rung to arrange to view the job. He was honest about the work that needed doing (a ridge tile replacing and the lowest few ridge tiles rebedding) and gave me the options.  Work was carried out quickly and to a high standard including tidying away any mess.  We would definitely use him again and recommend to friends and neighbours
