We have been customers of Brighton Paintworks for some years.  Joe responded to our request for a survey and quote within a day, and the work was completed over three days soon afterwards.  Workmanship was of the highest quality.  Their working methods are neat and clean, causing us minimal disturbance, despite working through all major rooms in the house.

Joe and the team were responsive when we asked for a quote.  Their price was competitive and fair.  We had a kitchen redecorated.  They managed to fit around our timetable for other works to be completed first.  The quality of their work is top notch.  They kept the place tidy and their timekeeping was faultless.  And frankly they were a delight and we were pleased to have them in our home to do the work.

Could not recommend Joe and Theo enough.  They managed to fit us in after we had been let down by another painter and they didn’t disappoint.  Their timeliness, efficiency and quality of work were amazing.  We wanted limewash paint in one of the rooms which was no problem to them at all and the end result is incredible.  We were so happy we are going to use them for other parts of the house in the new year.

Cannot recommend this company enough.  Joe and Theo are the best.  Communicative, timely, perfect workmanship, friendly, stayed within budget, communicated any issues as they arose.  Literally cannot fault them.  The rooms look incredible and they were so nice to have around.  So much so we’ve immediately booked them for our next job!

Nick and the team have been extremely dedicated and diligent during the works at our property (share of freehold).  We had a difficult situation, challenging access, etc.  But Pure decoration made the entire experience really easy for us to manage and did a fantastic job of the work!  Nick has gone above and beyond to ensure all of the small jobs at the end of the project have been completed to a high standard and to our satisfaction.  We highly recommend Pure decoration for all maintenance and painting jobs and are delighted with their service.

Excellent job all round.  Very quick response, good communication from all the team.  Able to do the work at short notice while scaffolding was in place.  Painters Tamsin and Sam lovely people who did a great job and I'm pleased with the result.  Small snagging issue sorted out cheerfully and quickly by Nick.  Can't fault them and would very happily employ them again.

Working with Pure Decoration was great, they are very easy people to get along with and the work was done to a high standard.  They were good at talking us through the process and recommending solutions as we went.  We are really pleased with the results and would definitely work with them again.

This is the second time I’ve used Pure Decoration - Previously, to redecorate ceiling damage to which Nick replied and attended to promptly and efficiently, and this time, to help with various end-of-tenancy repairs.  I had a whole list of items, which Nick and team dealt with efficiently and diligently.  In addition to my list, he went above and beyond to thoroughly check my flat and pointed out a few other issues that had been missed on checkout -some at no benefit to him, as we’d need to call in separate contractors anyway.  Would recommend for attention to detail and excellent communication

This dining room has been transformed with Farrow & Ball Cornforth White painted on the walls and ceiling to give a uniform look. The ceiling rose is kept brilliant white in order to bring attention to this original detail. Space was optimised by keeping only the most needed furniture. Soft furnishings and lighting are styled in a coordinated way to bring calm and a fresh feeling.

This room has 2 functions - A work area for Paul and a bedroom for guests. The room was painted in Laura Ashley Dove Grey to maximise the light. It is re-organised to create more space and be more functional.

This Bathroom has been updated with Farrow & Ball Amonite to give it a fresh look and feel. Existing items from around the home were used to create great storage in a personal and individual way. The result is clean and bright and modern.

After rigorous prep work painting has started with a decision to paint th ceilings and walls in the same colour. This is to create one space and not create a 'lid' if we had painted the ceiling white

The guest bedroom sleeping area is calm and simple. A floor lamp is placed in the corner to give mood lighting and a task light over the bed for reading at night.

A gifted piece of wood was used to create a great shelf for luxury toiletries. A didgeridoo gift was used to create a beautiful hanging rail for towels above the radiator. These were hung in connection to a black and white picture of a boat to give a great nautical feeling.
