Appeared to be a faulty/sticky valve.  Wiring all checked and system testing thoroughly.

Empire Gas fixed all issues without any mess and whilst explaining what the issue was.  I uses a plumber in Blackburn 4 times and only got the issue temporarily fixed. James arrived on time and immediately set about diagnosing faults.  Luckily faults were few and the boiler was back up and running within an hour.  James was very polite and professional and spent time explaining how this particular boiler works as he did the service, and his charges were very reasonable.  Highly recommended.

After going on Checkatrade I received a phone call from sparks and burn who offer to come have a look the same day and I need a new part fitting in the boiler they then ordered the part two days later they came back fitting the part on a Saturday I thought I would of need to wait till Monday I was over the moon with after two day from start to finish fantastic service would definitely recommend to family and friends
