The team did an amazing job in fitting our RSJ.  They had a structural engineer onsite and were fully staffed.  Used floor protectors and cleaned up after each day.  The work was completed promptly (only 1 day missed).  Only gripe is that the plastering was a bit poor and a light switch was broken but they offered to sort it- was minor so handled it ourselves.  If you want the job done with no messing about these are your guys

RSJ installation

Good bit : Prompt, courteous and accommodating.  Bad bit: not very skilled builders.  The floorboards they fitted buckled and now there is a big dip in the carpet.  A trip hazard.  Had to chase multiple times as the carpet they fitted was not laid down properly so it’d lift when you try to hoover.  Took them a few revisits and at the end I had to demand someone with carpet skills do the job.

Good decorators.  But not builders.

Overall, we were not at all happy with the service we got from Bless Constructions.  Some of the staff (including their boss) were very unprofessional in terms of keeping to their word about work completion and when they're going to come and continue the job.  Our 2 bedroom house rendering shouldn't have taken 3 months long.  In addition to this, the job itself wasn't finished, the work they did do was done to an unsatisfactory level and they left all their rubbish in our garden which we had to clean up.  We wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Small Extension

Very polite and friendly company.  Time keeping could have been better but everything came good in the end.  They were able to start work within a few days.  2 of the best workers ( in my opinion) came to finish the job on the last day and were really great.

Brilliant, reliable and polite workers.  Did a great job in fixing fences.  Excellent value for money!

Two roofs in different property were done.  The foofs had leaks which different builders had attempted to rectify the problem but had not managed.  Itwas done on time and on budget that was quoted.  I am pleased to say the leak has stopped even in these torrential rains we have had for last fre days
