  • Replacing cracked screen on laptop

    My daughter messaged me to say that she'd turnd on her laptop and the screen was unreadable, she was in a bit of a panic as is studying and needed her laptop to complete her next assignment. I contacted James, who asked for a video of what was going on and once viewed this advised that the screen was cracked and needed to be replaced. I was given the price and timescale for this, it was returned on time as good as new and repaired at a fair price. We always defer to James whenever our computers are doing unexpected things and would thoroughly recommend OurTech.

Throughout the work James explained exactly what he was doing and why he needed to do it. After the work was complete I contacted James with a few follow up queries which he answered promptly.
