We were really happy with the work carried out - costs were discussed clearly beforehand and the workers were punctual, extremely hard working and tidy. The engineer gave sound advice on the phone for initial possibilities for me to try.  I did this but on this occasion it didn’t solve problem.  When he arrived as arranged he was able to sort cause, and then went over and above to remove the offending dishwasher carefully so as to not affect the flooring.   He was a polite likeable guy.  Would certainly use again.
