We had large volume wasps coming in our cavity brick space. Jack phoned me and explained it was Queen Bee nesting and if liked it would stay there . He said give it day or so they may move on , thankfully this was the case . Thanks to Jack's advice this saved us lot money also .

Removal of multiple wasps nests

I had been experiencing scratching and scraping noises for a while and only recently tracked it to squirrels entering my loftspace. 
My home emergency insurance didnt cover squirrels so thats when i needed an alternative pest control. As soon as I entered my request Dave was on the phone straight away. He set out a plan to inspect the loft and located an entry point and resolved the problem for really good value price. He carried all the required equipment on his van so was able to offer a one stop shop experience. Courteous and professional thoughout all his dealings with me.

C2C installed exactly what they said they would and did the work efficiently and effectively without the need for expensive scaffolding - which was exactly what I wanted.

When David called I thought that being a 2 up 2 down terrace house, it’ll be small job just get it done.  Couldn’t be further from the truth.  What Dave doesn’t know about any pest isn’t worth knowing.  ( get a hobby Dave, lol ).  They went out of their way to make sure that the treatment was successful even checking after the allotted visits.  Every issue was explained and exposed which was quite eye opening.  Not a single sign of any sort of pest now.  Couldn’t ask for a better job.  I would advise anyone needing pest control to use C2C every time.  Score 12 out of 10.

Dave was both pleasant and knowledgeable, explained exactly what the process would be.  Contact was on same day as request and after inspection came back the following day on time and job well done!  Very reasonably priced too!  Would definitely recommend and have them back for any other pest problems

Contacted Carl to remove a wasps nest underneath our guttering. He was able to come out the next morning and treated the nest in less than half an hour, and for a very reasonable price. Carl was highly professional and very friendly, would absolutely recommend and book again. 

Carl came out on the same day and went into our loft to investigate what the noises we could hear were.  He used his infra red tool to pinpoint where movement was and found the culprit very quickly.  The bird had managed to get in and has since found an escape route out!  I’d highly recommend Evoltion!

House Drainage

Karl very quickly found the rat’s entry point to the house and where he was with the thermal scanner.  Karl removed the bath panel and we could see where the rat had been from the gnawed floorboard and the droppings.  Karl put down rat poison and put the bath panel back in.  Throughout Karl was very professional and happy to answer every question we had, which were many.  He is very knowledgeable and has a very friendly, approachable manner.  Karl is back again next week to check the rat has taken the bait.  I would recommend Karl to anyone who is plagued by a rat!

We used Nick for pest control and clearing out our loft after the pests had been eradicated .  Nick was polite , friendly and helpful .  He went above and beyond on our job, even coming with me to the tip to dump the rubbish so that I wouldn’t have to lift anything heavy .  He left the area spotless .  10/10 , what a lovely guy and a competitive price

Nick had initially installed guttering spikes and covered a 'hole' to prevent pigeons nesting.  However, given the amount of pigeons congregating, plus the 'aggressiveness'; new methods were put in place to further deter.  Since Nick had come out the 2nd time (free of charge) to correct, we haven't had any issues.

Nick was helpful and explained the situation to us well.  He made three visits altogether and was always on time, always polite and thorough.  The issue with mice seems to have been resolved but I would be happy to contact Nick should we have any problems in the future.
