These lads are amazing only originaly quoted for kitchen fitting but are really good at other trades.  They work really hard and long hours if needed.  They were polite at all times.  Nothing was too much trouble for them and was willing to work with us at all times.  Their quotes were not outrageous and worked within our budget.  I would highly recommend these guys for any work.  And will hope to use them again in the future.

The team at CIN construction did a great job on my kitchen, bathroom and ensuite in November 2023.  They worked hard to complete the project in a short timescale, and the joinery in the kitchen and tiling in the bathroom were completed to a high standard.  I'm very pleased with the results! We had a total kitchen renovation, which Andy and his son Joe made happen seamlessly. They went above and beyond with any request being no problem. Most importantly, they were reliable. They did exactly what they said they would and at the time they said they’d do it. Highly recommended!

Andy coordinated everything about our Kitchen fitting, including checking all items delivered, plasterers and sparkies.  Provided advice and guidance for all aspects.  Very professional, courteous and tidy.  We had Andy recommended by some friends, who were also delighted with the way he and the team installed their kitchen.

Refit/finish kitchen cupboards

We used Linear Build 3 times over the last couple of years.  Never any doubt on using him for the other jobs after the first.  No corners were cut and where there were challenges Andy always came up with a proper solution and not just a quick fix.  All the trades that came in were professional and Andy worked well with the business that supplied the kitchen and bathrooms.  We always knew what was going on and the work areas were cleaned up at the end of each day.  Areas where work wasn’t ongoing was were well protected too.

Andy was very precise with all aspects and gave great suggestions.  Extremely tidy and thorough.

Andy fitted our new kitchen and separate utility for us.  He arrived when he said he would and carried out the job in a timely manor.  No issues with his workmanship and minor snagging was done quickly afterwards.  He even did some extra work at the same time to save me having to wait for other tradesmen.  A great experience and would happily recommend and use again.

They did what they offered with ease, charm and efficiency. They worked wonders by replacing doors and drawers which were suffering from lamination separation. in a very short couple of days they achieved a kitchen which looked brand new at a very reasonable cost.

Kitchen refurbishment

I'm a bit late with this review but we decided to have our kitchen doors replaced back in October 23 We attended the rubery branch and were amazed wirh the service.  Very helpful and many ideas and suggestion for making more space and extra worktops.  Mark even included 2 bespoke units we were very pleased with the advice and especially the fitter Mark who did an excellent job.  Very tidy and all waste was removed.  Excellent job

Dream Doors (Birmingham South) have recently replaced our fitted mad to measure wardrobe doors, and we are very pleased with their workmanship.  Not a massive job (by their standards !) but the whole process from choosing the right doors, through to surveying the job, and then the installation, was completed in a very professional manner.  We were advised the job may take more than a day, but the 2 fitters worked from arrival at 9 a.M.  Till departure at 18.30 non stop to complete the work in a day, in the week before Xmas.  Very impressive !

Had a very professional experience from start to finish.  Mark the fitter was very meticulous and the end result was excellent.  High quality materials from new cupboard doors to worktops.  Very pleased and I would recommend this company.

No sales pressure, only advice, and excellent communication throughout and the quality of the installation (and attention to detail) by Mark the fitter was exceptional.  Even when there was an issue with a damaged appliance (not of their making) it was resolved quickly.  Would recommend this company to anyone wanting a quality installation within an agreed budget.

NCF Development Services

The work was carried out in a professional manner to a high standard and we are so pleased with the end result .  Nothing was too much trouble .  Would highly recommend NCF Developments.

New Kitchen fitted

NCF Developments have just finished renovating our utility room and last year completed our big kitchen transformation.  We’re very happy with the results.  These old rooms needed desperately refreshing and uplifting which is exactly what NCF did.  For me, it’s not just about a renovation, it’s about the creation of a sanctuary.  I spend a lot of time at home especially in the kitchen and to be here in this space that’s now serene, calming, stylish and beautiful is so beneficial for my health.  As I have arthritis, I needed these spaces to be ergonomic too and NCF assisted in making this possible.

Ed Foster and his NCF team were totally efficient, friendly and helpful.  They got the job done in much less time than we had anticipated and we were delighted with the work they did.  In fact, we may well be using them again soon for another project...  we were that impressed with their attitude and skills.  A first-class job, done with care and consideration.  You really couldn't ask for more.

Installation of a kitchen island

We urgently needed someone to fit our new kitchen units after previous plans fell through.  Ed got in touch really quickly and came round that evening to quote for the job.  We accepted the quote and Ed and his team were there on time the next morning to start work for us.  They did a fantastic job on the kitchen, including solving a couple of tricky problems for us, they were all really lovely and easy to talk to about what we needed, and extremely tidy!  Super happy to recommend Ed and his team to anyone and would definitely use NCF Developments again in the future.

Urgent kitchen fit

Ed worked with us from quote to completion with great communication throughout.  He liaised with all the different trades and project managed the build for us.  Nothing was too much trouble and Ed accommodated several changes we made along the way with no fuss.  The site was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day and the team were polite and courteous at all times.  We are very happy with our finished kitchen and the bi-fold doors, which Ed arranged and fitted, really open up our kitchen into the garden.  We would definitely use Ed again for any future work.
