Fire door repair and fixing of door seal

BIC UK Ltd were the first company to contact me, on the very day that I sent out a request for this work in my back garden.  John, then followed up with a quote the very next day.  The work has been completed to a particularly high standard by the three lads, Connor, Matty and Nev and it was a pleasure to get to know them, as they were pleasant, courteous and incredibly hard-working, in really cold conditions. After Peter came to look at the work that was needed,to trim our quite large hedge especially the top which resembled a very bad haircut!,he and his colleague were able to come back the next day and set about the job in hand. This also required getting to some difficult to reach hedging at the back of our garage.
The result was a brilliant looking hedge,and the whole area left in a very tidy state. Peter was very professional and keen to please and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Peter arrived with his colleague Owen and immediately set to work felling our Eucalyptus trees, with great care and precision.  Stumps were also successfully removed along with a very stubborn patch of Bamboo.  Peter is extremely professional, helpful and friendly.  He listens carefully and gives good advice.  They both worked extremely hard and when they had finally beaten the Bamboo into submission, they cleared everything up and left our garden looking really neat.  We have no hesitation in recommending Peter and have now asked him to do some landscaping too.

Tree& stump removal.

Peter was the only tradesperson who quoted for this job that actually considered the longer-term aspects.  He came up with a clever and sensible solution and carried out the work to the agreed timing and price.  He is polite, friendly, professional and courteous, a real pleasure to have on-site and our definite go-to for any future work we require.  After this experience, we wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Replacing garden fence

Peter did an excellent job after my fence was blown down in the recent gales.  The work was carried out within days and although some existing fencing caused a few problems, Peter came up with great alternatives and in the end I was exceptionally pleased with the result and with the price. Supplying and fitting a wooden garden gate

James was excellent right from the first contact, very organised and prepared.  He fitted a new garden fence of wood panels with PVC posts and gravel boards, plus a made to measure wooden gate.  The majority of the work was done in two days, as promised, and he even took away the old fence panels.  We will very likely be using his services again for the next bit of work that needs doing in the garden.  Highly recommended.

Faced with a storm damaged fence James’ quick response and excellent workmanship rescued the situation and saved me a great deal of money.  His communication skills put many tradespeople to shame. The job consisted in replacing a very old fence which snapped due to the strong wind of this season.   We are very happy of the new fence, the way it looks and , most importantly, the way the job was conducted. Renew fencing to front of property

We needed a fence post or two replaced urgently during the recent storms Isher and Jocelyn, and asked Elmwood for a quote.  Nathan came straight away and after checking everything gave a quote later that day.  To my amazement, they were able to start the work the next day!  Matthew and Carl did an excellent (and quick) job, removing the rotten post materials and replacing everything necessary, setting in concrete, repositioning the gate in the fence, and replacing the top lintel.  All better than the original!  They were quick, tidy, efficient and friendly.  I would not hesitate to use them again!??
