Toilet flush fix

Work required was to replace an old system boiler downstairs with a combi boiler and Hive set up, and remove the water tank upstairs.   Darren was excellent from start to finish.  Initial response was quick and he visited to assess the work required.  Sent me a few quotes for various combi boilers and these were very competitive.  He was punctual, did everything required, very tidy, and a pleasure to deal with throughout.  He talked me through the new set up, explained Hive, and even fixed a couple of radiator bits and pieces as he went.  An absolutely professional service and happy to recommend.

Very happy to recommend - kept updated by text ahead of appointment.  He arrived promptly, explained what he’d be doing, and everything was completed to our satisfaction.  Very neat and tidy.  We’ve since asked for a quote for a replacement boiler and additional radiators, though not yet ready for the work, and I was really impressed that I wasn’t pushed to look at more expensive products or add ons, and that he took the time to explain what would and wouldn’t work well for our home, all with no hard sell whatsoever or pushiness.   Would very happily recommend - so reassuring to find someone trustworthy.

Ormiston plumber,namely Darren came to my house on time to fit a new kitchen tap to my sink,he was very pleasant and courteous and eager to get on with the job.He finished the work and made sure all was secure then explained the workings to me.I would recommend Ormiston Plumbing to anyone and will always keep them in mind for any future work for myself and my family.

Loo not flushing

We have used first plumb a few times in the past always a great service and friendly staff, just had a new bathroom installed looks absolutely fabulous.  Liam came out with samples and designed the bathroom around ourselves.  Exactly what we had in mind.  Many thanks to first plumb and team.

Might have caught them on a bad day.  They were punctual, polite and a reasonable quote.  Midway they admitted they couldn't finish the job as they didn't have the parts and weren't able to solder (?!), leaving me with a cut mains water pipe and water off for the whole tenement.  I had to contact an emergency plumber at considerable cost, who suspected they hadn't thought the job through before starting and had cut a pipe too short.  One new tap began leaking, but fixed it myself.  Rightfully they only charged the work they finished, but caused a lot of expense.  Hopefully a one-off poor experience.

Got Liam to rip our entire bathroom out and fit it out with a full length shower etc, we're absolutely over the moon with it, it's absolutely stunning, when he arrived to start the work we had old fashioned tiles, a rotting floor, bath etc, no problem says Liam, I'll see you right, nothing was too much trouble to him, he arrived at 9am dead on the button, tidied up daily before leaving and worked tirelessly in between, he also left the toilet for us, pulling it out, putting it back, all in all, just perfect, the shower room he's left us with is the most stunning spa like room I've ever seen xx

Premier Installations Ses Ltd

We had a complete bathroom redesign.  Chris helped with guidance, design ideas and working out ways of getting parts cheaper to reduce overall cost.  Each trade associated did fantastic work from removing old plaster, plastering, skimming, tiling and floor.  Small amount of plumbing work all done brilliantly too.  We waited on painitng as we had not decided so will not put photos up yet but very good standard.

Chris and his team were brilliant from start to finish.  Always on time, courteous and professional.  No request was a problem for Chris as he and his highly skilled team went about their job.  We have ended up with an even better bathroom than we envisaged at the the beginning.  I would highly recommend Chris and his team and will definitely employ his services for future projects.  Phil

I liked the fact that from start to finish (ie, starting with the visit to view and discuss my requirements, provide a quote, and on acceptance, complete the job, that I was dealing with the same person, what I would call a bespoke service, meaning unplanned changes required along the way were not a problem.
The Job was completed professionally by Chris and his team, Brian, Lee, and Blue over a period of 3 days to my total satisfaction, with those involved respectful of my property, keeping things clean and tidy, and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Replacement of bath with low profile walk in shower.

They guys were really easy to deal with, happy to make adjustments for items prior to work.  Minor problem with sealant was promptly dealt with.  Would happily recommend.

Chris and his team are an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the whole process of renovating a grotty bathroom into a stylish one extremely smooth.  I would recommend PES to anyone.  Chris took on board our budget and selected quality products he trusted, taking all the hassle out of picking fittings, and everything arrived on time and was installed to a very high standard.  Brian did a fab job with plumbing and both he and Chris have helped massively with other plumbing issues outside of the original brief. A hard job pipe leaking but not Louis or Carl fault, the job turned into a nightmare for the 2 guys, they perceived adapted and overcame all issues I would recommend them very highly for the job that had to be done great team

Unbelievable.  I got in contact to have my old bathroom removed and a new one supplied and fitted.  Service from start to finish was flawless!  The lads worked morning and night to get it done as soon as possible for me.  The tiling is the best iv seen in years, despite working in the trade space myself.   Nothing was a worry and they made me so at ease with the entire service.  Would recommend and will be using again for future houses!
