My ground floor rooms and stairs were completely infested with dry rot and my stairs we collapsing so it was a huge job.  I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to complete the job and I am over the moon with my house now.  It is transformed.  The whole job ran smoothly and efficiently and to a top notch standard.  Damien is a star, reliable, thoughtful, has a positive attitude and takes pride in his workmanship.  I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone!

Damien and the team have worked on several projects for us including a clinic refurbishment, bathroom and kitchen installation, as well as a garage conversion.  I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.  They worked really hard to get the jobs finished, even when unforeseen issues arose, which they supported me through with great advice and cost saving options.  They can do so much more than plaster and it was great being able to deal with just one team for all my projects.

Pat and his team are so helpful, I’ve used them multiple times now for painting and repairs.  As a landlord, the feedback from my tenants is important, and Pat and the guys are always quick to reply, on time, very polite and professional, and reasonably priced.  Communication is great I trust Pat when he recommends an extra problem he could solve, as this will always be with a fair price and to prevent any future issues.  I will continue to use Pat and his team for upkeep on my property, and would use them for larger work too.  Highly recommended!

Painting and general repairs

If you want fast work go for it....  but not quality.  Flooring poor- 10months into the house and the laminate floor is creaking and raising in my kitchen as he didnt level it.  can also see other flooring even when door closed as it came into the other room.
chippy arrived a second time to repair he lifted up skirting boards and damaged them leaving large gaps.
Plastering- 3months of living almost every wall in the house had multiple cracks so had to pay more to repair these.  STILL 2 large cracks 1m across.  Decorator said they will go when it dries...  they didn't!.  Doors not painted properly.

House renovation

Did a very good job, he was very tidy and cleaned any little mess up straight away.  Also very polite.  All in all I am pleased with the work carried out.

Excellent workmanship/craftsmanship.  Our windows had areas of rot which Pat treated with a new resin compound he had sourced or cut out and replaced.  We know it’s a short cut measure but we’re confident the job will last a good few years and they look wonderful.  Pat was lovely to work with.  100% reliable and took great pride in his work.  Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Daniel re plastered my toilet yesterday ready for the new suite to be installed.  His work is first class and he was polite and left the place clean and tidy when he finished.  I will definitely recommend his work and will be using him again in the future.

I would definitely recommend Fresh Lines Plastering.  The finished ceilings are brilliant considering how bad the artex was.  They made an uneven ceiling flat.  The quality of workmanship is second to none.  No mess, they cleaned up afterwards, spot on.  Had wallpaper on some walls which we were keeping and not a drop of plaster on them.
