We project manage work of up to £650,000
We are proud members of the Federation of master builders (FMB) which gives you the security of securing a professional finish with SAS BUILDERS OF BATH.
insurance- We are insured up to £5,000,000 for any damage or accidents. We have £100,000 cover for legal advice.
We are happy to quote for work ranging from painting a skirting board all the way through to building a 4 bedroom house and all of its contents

Our work force- We have bricklayers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, scaffolders, groundworkers, every trade which we use on every project- all very experienced.
We offer a budget controlled programme which enables us to work under a your budget, giving the customer maximum potential.
quotes- We are extremely competitive with our quotes, we aim to beat others, if not we will match. Our quotes are itemised, showing costs for every single thing. No hidden extras or fees at the end. Black and white straight forward.
Contracts- we have a contract to sign before the work is started, to make sure the customer and contractor have an agreement which both parties are happy with. Things like the payments, finish dates, standard of work etc
Payment schedules- we have a payment schedule for each job, which explains when each payment will be due. You pay once each stage of the project is completed.
customer care- We treat all of our customers with absolute respect, on the contract there will be a designated employee for you to ring anytime 24hours a day, to answer any questions you may have.
