This fire hadnt been serviced in a while.

Part of the matrix was missing, igntion was faulty, customer was lighting with a match and melted the ignition cable.

Part of the return manifold needed replacing on this Ideal Logic because the flow turbine snapped off inside the old one.

Leaking flow pipe from the main heat exchanger on this Baxi Combi 825, This was caused by excessive pressure due to the expansion vessel having no charge and the filling loop being left open.

PCB replacement on a Main Combi 24 HE, the driver that controls the fan fails which causes an ignition fault. This was in Pilling.

Diverter valve replacement on a Main Combi 24HE in Thornton.

We had to dismantle this boiler to carry it out of the loft because there was a shower screen about an inch away from the ladders.

Return manifold replacement on a Main Eco Combi Elite in Thornton Cleveleys.

A dangerous fault discovered on this Ideal Logic combi in Fleetwood, The electrode had failed and was scorching everything around it. See following pictures.

Good work.
However they could have taken the old toilet away. But it was explained that they didn’t take the waste away.

Good work possibly could have taken away any rubbish, however was told they didn’t do that.

I was given several options for the visit and potential repair. Attended on time and the service and repair were carried out on the same day. I was kept informed throughout. All prices discussed and agreed upfront. We are booked in for a quote regarding a different job later in the week now. Very professional to work with.

I rang Peter after having AO deliver a washing machine and they failed to connect the water supply to our new washing machine stating I need a plumber. 
After a call with Peter he asked for some pictures to see if he could help me resolve it without having to come out. Sure enough I had washing machine connected to the water supply within the next half an hour. 
So happy! What a lovely gesture to offer rather than just saying ‘it’ll cost you’ like most trades people.

Alan fixed the leak same day and did a neat job.

Leaky pipe

Drained the boiler, took the offending pipe out, cleaned it and soldered it.  Happy with the price and the job.  Only reason I gave a 9 for timekeeping was because he should have come the afternoon before but got tied up on another job.
