Excellent! I cannot speak more highly of my experience. I ordered a kitchen from Wren but required a fitter, and also someone to help me design/order and fit a bathroom for me, whilst also removing the old kitchen & bathroom, followed by a flat decoration. I live in a 2nd floor flat and it presented challenges but Gerti and his team were brilliant - gave an excellent quote, stuck to it, and delivered the work on time. A few things cropped up which needed adjustment to the design, but Gerti managed it with a real “can do” mentality at minimal cost/disruption. Very very happy!

Bathroom & Kitchen installation (some design)

The team at GA builds did a great job refitting bathroom, WC and attic in good time and at a very reasonable price.  The job included bathroom fitting, painting, wallpapering, fitting tongue and groove and electrical work.  The house was left tidy every day and they kept inconvenience to a minimum.  They were really helpful with design ideas and practical advice to ensure we got the most out of the space.  I’ve already asked them to come back for further works.

Bathroom, WC and attic refit

Gerti was respectful and courteous throughout.  He did a great job of installing a sink, bathtub, shower, toilet and heated towel rail in our new bathroom.  He also installed a new radiator in our bedroom and did this at very short notice, when another plumber let us down.  When he completed the works, he made sure everywhere was clean and tidy.  Work was done to a high standard.  Overall, we would have no hesitation in recommending him or using his services again.

Sanitary ware installation

Eugert and his team were a pleasure to deal with.  Always punctual, respectful, extremely polite and very professional.  They started and completed the job very promptly and to extremely high standards.  Eugert always answered politely and extensively to all my questions and made sure that I was fully satisfied at every step of the job.  I will certainly use him again in the future and I can’t recommend him enough!  Thank you very much Eugert.

External wall repointed and rendered

I didn’t know the guys, they were doing job in a flat next block.  I asked them if they can come and have a look if I can change my old cylinder and move it to the loft.  Gerti explain everything before ordering right cylinder.  Work was done quick, flat was kept clean, no rubbish were left behind.  Gerti always replays to messages and calls.  I am very happy with the work Gerti did for me, I have more space after moving cylinder to the loft.  I will be calling him again for bathroom renovation.  Thank you

Changing and Fitting fitting

Appointed GA Builds to strip and install of bathroom which included knocking down a wall to combine the bathroom and WC.  The original spec changed and Gerti was excellent with recommendations and advice as the job progressed.  The workmanship was first class- tiling, plastering, bathroom suite install, electrics etc - all to an exceptionally high standard.  Pricing was competitive and Gerti and the team were hard working (worked late and weekends to get job done), courteous and tidy.  I would not hesitate to recommend GA Builds and have have already asked Gerti back to quote for further works

Max and his team did a great job! Everyday the place was cleared and vacuumed , no mess was left. Very obliging and checked with me what I was happy with. We were very carefully looked after by the project manager, who visited us every day and ensured that every aspect of the work was carried out in such a way that there was a smooth flow.  The workmen were all skilled and did their work to the highest standard.  Work was completed on time and the project manager ensured that the very small amount of detailing snagging needing done, was seen to to the highest standard and with great patience.

Rectifying failed bathroom installation

These guys are the best!!  They did a super job taking up an old and tired front path and laying new one, also adding an extra pathway to the side.  We are so pleased with the result.  They were kind and considerate right throughout the job.  They consulted us on every aspect and wanted to get things exactly how we wanted it to look.  Nothing was too much trouble for them.  Mark and Neil worked through some horrible wet weather to get the job finished.  Ben was on site everyday to oversee the job and he also finished the pointing.
The quote from Grant was very reasonable and fair.  These guys great.

Paving front path

Centurion completed our loft extension which provided 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom.  The project was completed over 5 months.  Grant and his team were a pleasure to work with especially as the build was quite challenging and disruptive whilst we were living in the house for the duration.  The team on-site cleaned up each day and were polite and respectful.  The work was completed to our spec and building regulations inspected at regularly intervals.   There were extra costs for additional work which we came across during the build of which we were made aware of and agreed in advance.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Dan on our bathroom renovation! We're thrilled with the result.

Not only was Dan reliable and communicative throughout the project, but he is also passionate about what he does, and that really came through in the finished product.

He worked diligently and listened very carefully to what we wanted, often picking up on little details and suggesting design tweaks based on his expertise.

Apart from that, he was always courteous and pleasant to deal with. Hire him!

Complete bathroom renovation in Redhill

Dan does excellent work and is both tidy and polite.  I learned to trust his judgement on what would work well in the space we had; from tiling choices to where to place the shower, toilet and basin.  Would definitely recommend and use again

Downstairs bathroom refurbishment

Dan’s work was of the highest quality, he quickly diagnosed what was wrong with the old shower and came back the following day to fit the new one.

Fitting a new electric shower and isolation switch

We are both delighted with the work undertaken by Dan.  He removed all the existing sanitary ware and replaced with new basin unit and basin plus new WC unit and toilet.  In addition to all the fitting of the units and necessary plumbing Dan also tiled the floor and areas around the units.  He started on the date he had booked for us and competed the job within his estimated time scale.  All work was completed to a very good standard.  Dan always arrived on time and left the area clean and tidy at the end of each day.  He was a joy to have around our house.

Cloakroom Fitting

Dan arrived promptly and worked consistently hard for the three days that it took to complete the job.  He was very efficient, diligent and trustworthy and we were delighted with the end result.  The finish was of a high standard.  Each day he left the site clean and tidy and was very charming and friendly.  We were very satisfied with the original quote and the final invoice which we considered to be good value.

Replacement shower unit

Dan was incredibly hard working, he did the whole job on his own, the work is to an excellent standard!  We bought and supplied everything for Dan which worked out really well for us as we could shop around and choose tiles etc in our own time!  Every day Dan tidied and kept the house in a great state during the works, did the whole project in 2 weeks and arranged rubbish collection efficiently!  He was lovely to have around and entertained the baby, cuddled the dog and took in parcels too!  Above and beyond and would definitely recommend Garlands Property to others and would use again!!
