What was included, Georgi was super clear about what the work would include and the price was very affordable.  He was prompt, on time with his colleague and they got to work immediately.  The flat was cleaned to a high standard as well as the carpet.  Nothing was flagged in our check out inventory with regards to the cleaning.  Really recommend.  Thank you Georgi and colleague for coming and sorting our flat out.  Wish I could afford to get them to regularly clean our place as the standard was very good thank you!

Bedrooms and stairs 

Prior to starting the job, Sat kept me informed by text message. He called me in the morning to reconfirm timings and our arrangement. He arrived on time and was very thorough with the job that he did. He was very tidy and exceeded our expectations with how clean he left our carpets, sofas, mattresses and dining chairs. He even managed to fit in 2 headboards which he recommended we clean, which we had forgotten to tell him about. Exceptional service.

I received a very quick call after posting the request.  The guy was friendly and efficient and gave me a loose quote and a great options to get the works done quickly.  The guy turned up on time and talked me through the plan and was quick to work.  Results we good and I'm all round pleased with the work and value for money.

Sat turned up on time and texted me beforehand to confirm job.  Both the settee and headboard were quite old 10 years+ and never been cleaned.  A lot of grime and marks on both.  After Sat did his work, they now look brand new.  Very tidy, friendly and respectful.  Would use again and recommend

Hired by a company who did some works on our windows but left a stain on the carpet. Really easy to communicate with to organise a time and managed to get the stain out!

I had a moth problem for years so we used the opportunity to get the carpets cleaned in all bedrooms while having the moth carpet treatment done. Very professional job and and an excellent result. More to be cleaned when budget allows.

Mark and All Carpet Cleaning were absolutely brilliant when I called with an emergency carpet cleaning situation after a huge laundry detergent gel spill over new cream carpet.  They went out of their way to get to me quickly, and before I was due to leave my flat for holiday that afternoon.  Cleaning work was well considered, talked through, and it worked.  Highly recommend.  They were brilliant in a stressful situation.
