Paving in the back Garden

Ernie and Joe did a fantastic job of block paving the front and making a patio and garden path. They were very courteous and completed the work when they said they would. We were very happy with the results and several neighbours have commented on how much they like it. Two of them have asked for contact details, which we have happily given to them. I was accused of putting cement on the new and existing flags where the cement mixer had been, luckily I have CCTV that proved otherwise.  Two separate sections of drainage were installed, one flows the opposite way of the drainage hole and the second hasn’t even been fitted to the manhole, so the water from the channel drains straight into a hole under the flags.

Ernie and the lads did a great job, punctual, polite and professional.  Although it was a messy job partly digging up my lawn, they left the area clean, by jet washing my path and driveway.  I would recommend.

Steve and his team did a great job.  They were punctual, tidy and cleaned up after themselves.  Although it wasn’t a big job, out of the five companies I contacted Steve was the only person who came and quoted for the job.  I would recommend Premier Driveways for any imprinted concrete work large or small.

Front garden

Ste and the lads have done a fantastic job with our back garden, the pattern concrete, artifical grass and fencing work is spot on.  Excellent communicating throughout always kept me updated.  Hard working, no nonsense and tidy.  We will definitely be booking Ste in future .  Would 100% recomend to anyone.  Thanks again.

They dug up the old driveway and lay concrete in great time for a great price, they have done a really proffesional job.  They gave us no fuss or nonsense just a really good job. Ste and his lads did a fabulous job on my driveway, after wanting indian stone and getting prices but realising it would not be maintenance free, I was recommended premier and im so glad, I went with the printed concrete, it looks fantastic and get so many people commenting on it, I am very fussy and ste dealt with all my concerns ..very professional and tidy which is hard to get, nothing was too much trouble and iv dealt with so many tradesmen over the years and I can honestly say these guys are 100% genuine and very competitive on pricing..give them a try you wont regret it

Clearview Landscapes Ltd

We engaged Clearview to rework our often-waterlogged odd shaped rear garden after having an extension on the back of the house.   Only keeping a few small established trees, they removed everything else, installed a soakaway, drainage, raised beds, gravel area, porcelain paving and a new lawn.  Also repaved the area at the side of the hose using 3x2 for a shed.  Everything was done efficiently.  Any changes we wanted to make along the way, as things developed were dealt with professionally.   We haven’t had any drainage issues since, even with the rain this year.

After the completion of our main build, we needed our tarmac driveway to be tied in with the revised layout around our front door and pathways to the rear of the house to be blended in with the existing paving.  There was no easy solution and it was a quite a complicated set of works that needed to be done, involving significant amounts of both surfacing and retaining walls.  Although we had some thoughts on how the work might look, Luke came up with some really good ideas on the best way forward.  We were greatly relieved that he was able to organise the tarmacking before winter set in at sho

Patio

Before the job was started, they gave great advice about the finish to choose and the layout.  The job was slightly delayed because of the weather (can’t put resin down when it’s raining) but otherwise was completed as expected.  They were very considerate and courteous and completely tidied up when they had finished.

Clearview were brilliant from start to finish.  Can’t recommend them highly enough!  They transformed our back garden and we’ll certainly be using them again in the future when we come to do our front.

From the outset there was a real focus on understanding what we wanted from the project.  This was replayed back with options pros and cons in easy terms which meant a result I’m thrilled with.   Following the plan (clearly drawn out for us to review) was an energetic execution with huge attention to quality.  When obstacles cropped up like they do in any project the team gave options again and kindly absorbed cost that was no fault of theirs.  I couldn’t be happier, privacy noise levels and looks from outside and inside our house are fantastic.  People stop us and compliment our fence!  Imagine!

Dave and his coworker repointed a crumbling mortar line on a pitched roof on the front of my house.  One extra thing I enquired about was if they could also paint my messy/stained lead flashing with a particular lead renovation paint that I had, and Dave was happy to do it.  I was very impressed with the quality of the job, and my lead flashing now looks amazing.  They arrived on time, they put up scaffolding for a safe and properly supported job, and they used professional tools and equipment.  Will happily recommend them, and would use them again.
