Louis and his hardworking professional team completed the job very quickly despite a number of unforeseen issues that arose which they overcame. We couldn't be more happy with the result as we now have a new staircase plus extra useable space upstairs as well as a nursery for our baby. 

Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of having a loft conversion done! 

Loft conversion

Absolutely fantastic work carried out.  We had a existing wall remover and the kitchen replaced.  The work was carried out within the allocated time.  Communication was to the upmost and the work completed is fantastic.

Kitchen refurbishment and fitting

Louis, Chris and Ben were working at my neighbours house so I asked them to give me a quote for a new kitchen.  I showed them what I liked and they organised everything from there, it was seamless from the start, I knew exactly what was going on and I got to see a full design of my open plan kitchen prior to starting so I could make a couple of changes.  Really happy with my new kitchen and the team I chose to complete it.  Thanks guys!

Built 1st floor extension

Louis was called it to sort out our loft hatch.When he called around to look at it he spoke about what he could do and any problems.Well arrived on the day with his friend and came in and laid out something to cover all the carpet and flooring.Well we just left them to it till all finished.So glad I made that call to him one great job Louis and your friend as well.Great job and left all clean and tidy after.Yes highly recommended

Beautiful Orangery

P D Geere completely refurbished my 3 bed semi - they transferred it from a shell to a fabulous home.  They worked over a period of months ( they kindly fitted my urgent job into their planned schedule) they worked in all weathers - solving problems every day.  They were courteous, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, excellent problem solvers.  There wasn’t any part of the tremendous amount of work that Paul and his team couldn’t deal with - he was even asked by my neighbour to do some work for them .  Thank you so much Claire and Paul at P D Geere for making my home - I highly recommend you.

Two skylight windows

Claire, Paul and the team were great from start to finish.  We are delighted with the end result.

Paul and his team fitted us a new porch door and replaced two non-opening lounge windows with ones with top open sections.  Communication was excellent throughout the job, especially when there was a family emergency which understandably delayed things a little.  Fitting was high quality from his friendly and polite team.  We are delighted with the finished job!

Good communication throughout the project with some sage advice along the way which was appreciated.  Project cost creep was within the contingency margin, and well managed discussions re options with the unforeseen!   Very happy in my new space, would recommend.

Reliable, honest, professional and a real problem solver.  Paul rescued us from a dire situation, he saw how we were struggling with various trades and just sorted it all for us.  He gave us so much of his time and went above and beyond.  His building work was excellent and when he said he would be there, he was!  He kept us informed all the way, over months of work and we found his rates fair cannot recommend Paul highly enough.  If you want a job done, he’ll do it on time and with complete transparency

Reliable and trustworthy.  Kept the site neat and tidy and turned up exactly when he said he would.  A knowledgeable and competent builder who takes pride in his work.  Working with Reggie the carpenter and assistant Adam, they make a great time.  Would not hesitate to call him again next time I want some building work done.
