James was quick to respond to my urgent request on one Sunday afternoon.  He and his colleague arrived on time and did the job quickly.  They were courteous and friendly.  Would book them again.

Stove flu liner intallation

We requested a flue liner installed to our existing stove.  James was very quick to reply and made clear arrangements when he would visit.  Work went all as planned and the stove and new liner are working grand.  James was very knowledgeable and polite and clearly respected the need for being clean and tidy.  We are very pleased with the work.

It was obvious James was professional and experienced and knew exactly what he was talking about.  He was very courteous and well mannered.  A good man which you can trust to do the job and solve the problem.Very clean and tidy.

Wood burning stove.

Was phoned giving approximate time of arrival on day.  They got straight on with the job with minimum fuss.  Had all necessary tools and fittings for job.  Did some extra work on other chimney pots while on roof.  Left home in a tidy condition.  Courteous, friendly and helpful.

Remove existing fire. Create wider opening, Supply and lay black slate to create the hearth area. Clean and point rear of chimney chamber. Supply and fix heat proof boarding to clad the side walls of the fireplace opening. Supply and fit a stainless steel flexible flue liner within the chimney chamber. Supply and fit a Clock Blithfield 8kw multifuel stove into your fireplace opening. Supply and fit a stove pipe to the top of the stove  and fit a steel closure plate. Supply and fit a cowl to the top of the chimney pot. Supply and fit a carbon monoxide alarm. Commission the stove and Issue a Hetas certificate and chimney data plate to comply with Building Regulations.

I cannot recommend Chris and his team highly enough. 
Chris came out to complete a site inspection and we agreed a price and installation date. (I didn’t get any other quotes as I truested Chris from the initial meeting)

As someone who relies on the clock for a job and had time OCD I was more rhan impressed when the install team arrived bang on time.

Tidyness !! Absolutely unbelievable after removing any surplus building material I think the room was tidier than when they started. Regarding redecoration all we have to do is paint a 12” length of plaster. 

 10/10 from one happy customer.

New multi fuel stove bought and installed

After getting 3 quotes for supply and installation of a stove, I chose to employ Stoveinstaller based on my experience of meeting the owner, Chris, who turned up on time as arranged, was very helpful with advice and obviously knows his trade. Reviews on internet platforms backed this up too. A date was arranged for the work, two young men, sorry I didn't get their names, arrived early on the day,and after protecting the workspace against dust etc, they cracked on with the job, were courteous and kept me informed of the progress. The job took 1.5 days and we are thrilled with the results !

Chris, Kim and the team provide professional quality service.  We needed a new flue and chimney liner.  The team came and completed the work with no mess.  We had a small issue identified post installation but this was rectified immediately by the team the following day.
