In general our experience with the co.  Was very good.  Managing builder, Gurakhmal was very tentative and helpful.  In general my advice to any one wants to carryout extensive building work make sure you have a good contract with the builder otherwise the cost will start to go up quickly.

From the start of this project I was made to feel comfortable by Infinite, they explained step by step what they were doing and showed me any damaged part of the house that needed repairing which you would expect from an old house.  My extension was a big which required solid foundation.  On completion we were super happy with the final end resultf, they completed under floor heating, new central heating and boiler, complete kitchen fitted, downstairs toilet, utility room, new electrics throughout the house, remove chimney breast up and down, refurb upstairs bathroom and toilet, flooring throughout.

What a great bunch of guys, throughout the conversion the Infinite team carried out a very professional job.  They were punctual, curtious, respectful and knowledgeable with all that they did and were quick to give sound advice when asked questions.  I was so impressed with their work I recommended them to family and friends who have also been impressed with their work.

The workers were extremely efficient, honest, reliable and completely trustworthy.  They completed the work in the time given.  I will definitely be using HouseRevive for all my jobs in the house.

Fixing parts of Kitchen Floor/Units and Toilet wall

We used Des and team for a number of jobs in our house including loft insulation with plasterboard, filling bay window cavity with joists and plasterboard and plasterboarding a ceiling.  All works completed to a high standard and Des worked to get the job completed to meet our tight timeline.  Great work and overall experience.  I will be using Des again for future works.

We realised we had taken on too much trying to reshape our garden and take up paving stones.  Destan promptly came to our rescue and did a very professional job removing a large amount of concrete so we can go ahead and plant things for the spring.  It did a great job and we are very happy with what he has done.

Top gentlemen, came and installed an adventure playground for my son whom has disability’s.  Honestly a kind, honest individual (and his father whom came along to the job) workmanship was excellent, no issues at all.  Will be using them for all future works required! Erz Building&repairs are the best builders I have ever had!  Zenel the director was very professional and gave an incredibly detailed estimate after having a look round my property.  Due to personal circumstances I was unable to begin the project for 6 months but Zenel never rushed me and left me alone until I asked him to come back.  The project began very quickly only 7 days after I had asked Zenel to take on my project rejecting 3 other decent firms.   Zenel was very honest and upfront and was more than willing to go above and beyond when little problems arose.  Excellent communication.

They were careful to protect all the floors, carpets and fittings before starting work and communicated well before embarking on each part of the project. We received an excellent service.  It was a complicated structural building job and ERZ really thought about the best way to do it.  They were very professional, efficient, polite, and they gave us a fair price.  They also needed to replaster and decorate after the heavy work which they did well.  We will definitely use them again and I recommend them 100%.

Structural building work

Zenel and his team from ERZ BUILDING and REPAIRS carried out a complete refurbishment of our bathroom.  The work included the removal of the existing shower and units and then installation of a wet room, shower and door, tiling, fixtures, and fittings.  He carried out his work to an incredibly high standard, was tidy and provided excellent communication throughout -and we’re absolutely delighted with the product.  Cannot recommend highly enough.
