I reached out to KRS when my porch roof was leaking. Kevin was brilliant, knowledgeable and pragmatic. Taking the time to explain the options to me and sharing his wealth of expertise. 
When it came to doing the work, the team were again lovely, taking the time to make sure I knew what they were working on and when the spotted additional things that needed sorting explaining to me and doing them.

Whilst Kevin didn't get to carry out the work for me I found him to be polite and punctual.  He came and viewed the job at the time advised and seemed to be very proficient and explained how they could complete the task.  The estimate was sent as expected and gave a breakdown of what was going to be done as part of this job.  After being let down by other roofers this was a welcome relief.  I would definitely consider them again the future if I needed a roofing repair

Weathertech was not known to me beforehand, I took a chance based on reviews and was not disappointed. They were punctual, tidy and professional. I had made myself knowledgable about the  3 felt system used for the bay window flat roof replacement. The roofer used that same system and showed me photos of before, during and after. He worked diligently and was approachable. Based on their good workmanship I also had repairs to my chimney done and a conservatory roof panel replaced (new quote). As it stands I would use them again. Tim reassured me to phone him should there be a problem.

Based on that I asked them to also repair my  chimney/flashing and replace a panel on my conservatory roof (separate quote). Efficiently done. Tim told me to call him should there be a problem. So far so good, I would use them again.

Tim responded my job request very quickly.  By asking my photos, he gave me a quote with explanations on what happened and what I needed.  He gave me an appointment very soon and did the repair with punctuality, professionalism.  Everything went smoothly with him.

Tim was fast and knowledgeable with his estimation of the works.  After providing the quote he was able to start work within a few days and the work was carried out both efficiently and professionally.  They did both the work on the quote but made sure they left a tidy property.

Roof/Gutter repair

Note that I am not a roofer, but I requested the work to be photographed and recorded, which shows the result of the work, and I am satisfied with it.  I requested the work (dry ridge) because of the leaking happening in my wall, and I suspected it was the roof.  I asked for a diagnosis, and Tim came over and suggested that the dry ridge system be installed.  Overall, the experience has been fantastic.  Tim is very responsive and keeps me updated on the progress.  The photographs show the result of the dry ridge work, and it looks the same as what I can find on YouTube, which is great.
