AFTER BEING LET DOWN TWICE BY OTHER SO CALLED DECORATORS. These two wonderful men rode to our rescue and arrived at 9am promptly. They sanded the balcony and painted leaving a wonderful gleaming thing of beauty. The day before our apartment was due a visit from an estate agent. Needless to say our apartment photos are a thing to be proud of. A very reasonable quote and only cost me four cups of coffee extra. A lovely set of lads who were prepared to climb a long ladder. In short a great day, and I highly recommend these lads.

PREP FIRST FLOOR BALCONY AND PAINT.

Lee and Co came to my mums bungalow which was in a bad way !  All walls in rooms were stained black.  They came explained everything they would do Gave me a price I was happy with.  They finished the work in time scale They told me.  Was very professional in there excellent work, Very efficient, fast, reliable, clean, also very kind caring and thoughtful towards my elderly mum, making her cups of tea it was lovely coming home to clean and tidy house no mess no fuss.  A great genuine bunch of lads all round !  Extremely professional.  Completely transformed bungalow back to life!  Chuffed to bits!

Lee came out to give me a quote .  After a number of consultations and in depth conversations about the redecoration of my house I decided to go with his company.  The transformation is stunning.  Brought in on time,on budget .  Could not be more happier .  A good set of lads who work for him.  Polite ,and also got a great sense of humour. Communication extremely poor.  Was due to come December.  Whenn no contact received I messaged and was informed they had a family bereavement and needed to reschedule.  Rescheduled to January, checked on the Friday before to check everything was on track for Monday start and confirmed that it was.  Came to day of scheduled work, did not show up, no contact, despite ringing them numerous times, messaging, no one has got back to me.  This company is not a one man band, why couldn't someone gave kept me informed of what was happening? I feel this is very unprofessional and will not be rescheduling

We had a leak which ruined our ceiling in the living room.  It also caused cracks in a number of places.  James returned the room back to perfect condition.  Great work!  This is the second time we’ve used James and it won’t be the last!

I recently had james back to repair existing leak damage, he was very professional and booked us in at really short notice around the Christmas peroid, he completed the work to the highest standards you wouldn't even know the leak damage was there JMD-Decorators are highly recommended from us and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a professional decorating company very very satisfied you will not be disappointed.  He takes customer satisfaction very seriously, james made sure we knew exactly what he would do for us and he did exactly what he said he would.

The painter let me know exactly what time he was arriving and also when he was going to be late.  He was very punctual.  Polite, cheerful, friendly and likeable.  Very clean and tidy when working.  He was very open to friendly criticism.  Would definitely recommend to others.

Our decorator had recently retired and we wanted a reliable ongoing new decorator.  This longstanding family led firm near us has filled the bill!  Mark Houlston Sr.  Quickly came out to assess the work and gave us a very reasonable quotation.  Mark (no relation) came to do the work over 2 days.  He was polite, friendly, 
helpful and cleared up as he went along.  We are very happy with the results.  We have also accepted the quotation to paint the outside of our house later this year.
