I needed a new boiler fitted in a rental property and these guys organised everything for me so quickly and got the work done promptly. Really convenient and friendly service. My tenants had hot water and heating again within a day or 2. Would definitely use again.

Gas boiler installation 

On this occasion we were having a kitchen mixer tap supplied and fitted. Cameron arrived right on time, he was a lovely young man and fitted the tap swiftly. He removed the old tap and tidied everything up when he was finished.  This company do require payment in advance which we were cautious of as we have had previous tradesmen not turn up or leave without completing work.  However,  this has not been our experience with MyhouseMOT. They have been readily available when contacted too. All in all a very professional experience.  I would highly recommend MyhouseMOT and we will use them again.

Kitchen mixer tap.

The guy did a fantastic job painting our staircase white.  It had been a horrible antique pine colour for years and now it looks so fresh and new.  This wasn't an easy job as it is not a standard size staircase and extends over two landings to include the spindles, finials, skirting board as well as the underside of the staircase and a cupboard door.  The guy worked non stop all day over a number of days and we are delighted with the end result.  No hesitation in recommending.

Very quick response time, Neil was very good at getting in touch with me and keeping me up to date with my repair before it was carried out and managing my expectations as a hole in the ceiling needed to be cut.  Cameron did a fantastic job at repairing the pipework, he was quick, efficient and tidy.  They also offered help to organise follow up works (to plaster up the hole) which we haven't proceeded with yet (only because it needs to dry out a bit) but good to know that the option is there when we need it.

Great team!  Cameron’s work was done to a high standard quickly and with no fuss.  What impressed me most was how tidy he was, covering all flooring and leaving no trace of him being there afterwards.  Would recommend!

Fit new vanity and repair sink in a bathroom

Great initial contact - quick turnaround and minor plumbing work completed in bathroom to a high standard.   Arranged a separate roofing job with the same company.  Took a day off work to allow access for the survey and no one showed up.  No call or message for a heads up.  I messaged about it and got no response - left on read.   Disappointing but can’t fault original plumbing job.
