Bathroom renovation.

They failed to turn up or give reason for not coming on Monday 8th January.  He arrived on Tuesday 9th and removed old toilet, but couldn't fit new toilet, as he'd cut a pipe short.  I'd agreed with him that I would leave my door unlocked so he could let himself in on Wednesday 10th.  Sometime between 7.45 and 8.45 he arrived collected his tools, removed the new toilet and left the house unlocked.  He contacted my partner to say he was no longer doing the job as he hadn't been paid up front, which I didn't agree to before he started, but he still came and started the work.  We don't have a toilet now.

Kevin and his team was exceptional.  He managed the project from start to finish without any issues.  He helped us with choosing the finishes and he always could provide us with an professional expertise.

We're very happy with our new kitchen which Svet and his team did a really good job of installing. Svet and Dinko are very friendly and tidy, worked long hours and even at the weekend in order to have all things required ready for our quartz worktop template appointment. Svet was flexible in addressing specific points that were originally identified, and he was creative and found good solutions to anything that arose along the way. It was a real asset that Svet had a good team of professional tradespeople with him and that he could access them at short notice. No hesitation to recommend.

Excellent experience. Svet, Lili and their team did an amazing job of fitting a modern bathroom for us.Communication was excellent throughout to give us exactly what we wanted. Everything was done to an extremely high standard and care was taken with all the plumbing and tile placement.They were very tidy,helpful and accurate.Lovely, friendly people who we would highly recommend.

Thank you Svet, Lilia and everyone involved in this excellent company.  We previously had a disappointing experience with a Wickes bathroom fitting, so were nervous about our next project.  But from day one when Svet and Lilia came to our home one evening to talk through our plans, we knew we were in safe hands!  Everything was done promptly, efficiently and with care.  Reasonably priced too.  I especially appreciated Svet's sense of humour and patience with me, especially when I was being fussy and anxious about small details!  These are good people running a good business...  highly recommended.

Just outstanding!  By chance, we were recommended to TSLV and from day 1, Svet and Lilia could not be more attentive.  A good quote within 48 hours for kitchen rip out, re-fit and new floor across whole of bottom of our house.  Svet's father Vas led our project with military precision and gave lots of ideas.  He's amazing, his work incredible and thorough.  Ico worked painstakingly on retiling our large kitchen diner and ground floor, meticulous, brilliant!  Dinko also.We are so happy. We had a few issues with our existing bathroom.  Tom came in and has resolved all of these now.  We had a new bath/ walk in shower enclosure fitted along with some tiling.  Tom was very tidy, professional and reliable.  He got the job done in the time that he said.  I would 100% recommend Tom if you want any works carried out in your home.

I had a bathroom renovation done and I couldn't be happier with the work.  Tom is incredibly hard working.  He did most of the work himself, he is very efficient and has a really good work ethic.  I would not hesitate to recommend him and no doubt I will be hiring him for future projects.

Thomas was absolutely brilliant from day 1. Very clear communication on pricing, start dates, materials that would be needed including ideas for bathroom design based on what we were looking for and his vast experience fitting other bathrooms. Thomas was very hard working and worked over a weekend to ensure he could complete everything by his quoted date. I have never seen a single person complete a bathroom to high end finish on price and time like Thomas. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Installing new glass shower screen

Ensuite shower: Repaired and installed new shower plug and outflow pipe. Retiled some of the walls. Installed a mirrored wall cupboard. Replaced extractor fan. Painted ceiling and untiled parts of walls. Installed a towel rail.

Luke and his team of professionals impressed from Day 1.  In fact, if I’m honest, they impressed from the first day they viewed the job and offered a quote.   The work is of the highest quality.  Nothing was too much trouble to be taken on and dealt with… even when other company’s delivery schedules made things more difficult Luke and his team were not fazed in the slightest.   Luke’s knowledge and design advice was essential to the success of this project.  He has a great eye and married fantastic quality to sensible pricing.  The finish is amazing.
