Excellent from start to finish. Open and honest when quoting, explaining the different stages of the job. Lads were polite and always cleaned up after a days work. Really happy with the finish & will be recommending them in the future.

Great company, This was the first major project I have had done so I was I little nervous but working together with the owners Chris and Vicky they made me feel so comfortable, they went through every step with me explained my options and listened to me and what I wanted, they didn’t try sell or push anything more on me which I found with other companies? Once the work started they were there through every step.  The work itself was brilliant, a great smooth process and the finish is to an excellent standard I honestly couldn’t be more happy!  Thank you Kai Building and all the workers, amazing.

Side Extension

Vicky coordinated the job which included a new kitchen and a new downstairs bathroom and utility adding in.  It also involved steel beams and wooden joists adding and stud walls.  There was a fair amount of plumbing, electrics, building, carpentry and plastering to coordinate and as its an old house there were the usual unexpected twists and turns along the way.  Vicky waa always available to discuss the job and talk through any decisions.  All the tradesmen involved completed the work to a high standard.

Fit Lintel Between Kitchen and Living Room

The team at kai building created an external opening for some bi-folds, knocking through a tricky stone wall and installing the steel and making good.  They were professional throughout keeping me updated at each stage as well as been helpful with any questions or support that I needed.  Would recommend for any works you need doing!

From the pre-planning stage through to the work being complete, Will and Rick have been a dream to work with.  This was not a run of the mill project, with plenty of unforeseen challenges...  but we were in very capable hands.
Their high quality craftsmanship, problem solving and eye for detail meant they were the perfect team for us.
The fact that they are such lovely guys to have a round was the icing on the cake!

Basement/Kitchen Structural renovations

West and Hill (Will and Ric) did an excellent job.  They were on time, efficient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.  We would highly recommend them.  We have asked them to undertake major renovations on our property, safe in the knowledge the work will be of a very high quality.

Installation of a built in gas meter box

We cannot recommend these guys enough.  Excellent communication from as soon as we made contact, really helpful input regarding the build and updates on when they would start the job.  Once they started they were here every day until the job was finished.  Absolute attention to detail, kept us informed at every stage, got some excellent tradespeople involved whose work was all really high standard.  No problem was too big and no request was any bother.  We are really glad we got them to do the build as it really made the whole experience as low stress as it could be.  Not a bad word to say at all.

Communication was excellent both ahead of the works at pre-planning stage, during the work and at the snagging stage.  They were always respectful of our unique wishes and regular communication meant that any difficult decisions were dealt with quickly
