Wes and his team quoted to carry out an Astro turf install.  He was professional and detailed right from the first communication explaining exactly what they would do.  The work was carried out as planned and has left us with an excellent finish.  They left the garden in excellent condition leaving no mess.  Very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.

New Driveway 

BHF&L surprised me so much on the first day by even turning up to my house.  The weather was awful but even so they made a good start.  Over the following three days, which were much better weather wise they turned up early and left late, working hard throughout the day.  BHF&L were clean, quick and knew their job well.  The transformation of the garden was dramatic, opening up to light areas that were overgrown and past their sell by date.  The new and gate look terrific, a huge improvement to my propery.  I can happily recommend BHF&L

Ben and his team came out clear my overgrown garden and put up a fence with a gate, the work was completed quickly and efficiently while also paying attention to small details like placing the gate hinges on the inside of the garden for security.  They’ve given me a lovely blank canvas to start on and I will be working with them again to get it finished ??

I returned to BH Fencing and landscaping because of the excellent jobs they had done fencing my back garden. This work certainly did not in any way disappoint. They did a great job firstly of clearing the front garden and then levelling the site laying the paving. Their care over detail was very good. 
Overall they cannot be faulted and were cheerful and informative throughout.

Craig was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. I was impressed with his promptness, workmanship which is impeccable and his advice. Would highly recommend. 

Lifting and relaying of pavers in new layout. 

This is a difficult review because for 50% of the project, Craig and his team demonstrated the type of attributes and skills I’d  expect to see from someone checked and reviewed by this site. However, the end of the project has proved difficult, contributing to a grave amount of stress to my mum who is in her 70s. The porcelain slabs that have been laid are covered in staining caused by the footfall throughout the project and poor management. After sending numerous messages to Craig to rectify the situation, he has divorced himself of any responsibility. We are at a loss despite him being paid

Garden design 

We were extremely pleased to have found Craig.  He was very easy to deal with always keeping us informed and very helpful.  We had a patch left in the lawn due to removing box hedging killed by box blight.  Craig removed the paving and turfed the area to blend in with rest of the lawn.  He did an excellent job and we would have no hesitation in recommending him.  We have asked him to do more work once the birds have finished nesting.

Work had been completed at our neighbours house and they were impressed with the team and quality of the work.  I contacted Craig and him and him team completed the work efficiently and to a high standard.  Not the cheapest of jobs to do but they did it really well.

Craig's quote was transparent, and itemised showing clear labour and individual material costs.  He was also competitive on pricing and showed up on the day he promised as well as carrying out the work through to completion.  I've inspected the garden room base he fitted and couldn't find any issues with it.  All round excellent job and would recommend him to anyone who asks.   David, Burgess Hill

Friendly and courtesy team, hard working and efficient.  Communications before and after the job were excellent, including a site visit the day before to check access, etc.  Work carried out to a high standard.  Spent time to tidy up afterwards, including public paths that they had used, which was impressive.

The dwarf wall around our patio had dropped in the middle due to insect activity and root action.  We employed Fresh Air to take down and rebuild the wall.  From start to finish Alistair and his team were friendly and approachable.  Some of the bricks could not be salvaged so there were initially some issues with the rebuild, but Alistair addressed my concerns with no quibble whatsoever and I am very happy with the end result.  Clearly the relationship with the customer is important, something that you don't always find!

Garden landscaped

We had our old concrete drive taken up and a new larger block paved drive installed.  The work included replacement of an old soak away and replaced with new.   The team were brilliant all were polite, helpful and engaging working to provide us the drive we desired.  There was nothing too difficult for them including making a safe walking route for trick or treaters and allowing me to be able to decorate for Halloween!  These guys are the best.

Alistair was extremely helpful with the whole planning stage.  The team arrived and worked quickly and tidily.  They were polite and friendly working very hard through some appalling weather.  The finished product was exactly as discussed and completed to a high standard .  Extremely pleased with the whole process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alistair and his team.
