My parents boiler completely broke down on a very cold Sunday afternoon. I phoned this company and the lady that answered was so helpful as I explained the above and my parents being over 80. Within minutes I had a phone call back saying that the owner of the company (Wayne) would go and assist straight after he had finished the job, he was on. After trying everything he could to revive the old boiler, including replacing parts, it was decided that a new boiler was required. This was done early the next day and Wayne went above and beyond to answer questions and explain everything fully.
