Advanced installation and commissioning for Daikin

Zero Glycol. This is the reason why we check the glycol level when we do a thorough service on a heat pump. 

Checking the refrigerant to temperature ratio to ensure the refrigerant level is correct and working efficiently is just part of our heat pump service.

Checking the pressure levels on the refrigerant part of the system is essential when doing a thorough heat pump service. That is why Wayne trained to do his F-GAS.

Wayne completed the work to activate the heat pump system, which took several all day visits, to rectify the incompetent way in which the original new build ASHP system had been installed by a Daikin accredited engineer. 
A complete reprogramming of every sector and room was necessary, which Wayne completed cheerfully, patiently, competently and professionally. I could not recommend him and the quality of his work more highly.

Wayne succeeded where others failed. Very professional and knowledgeable  with the Air Source Heat Pump systems.

Wayne responded really quickly to our job request and was there the next day. He identified several points of leaks and fixed them all, staying some time into the evening to get the job done. We had complete confidence in Wayne and would not hesitate calling on him again.

Boiler leak

I was looking for a second opinion on broken boiler, I called Wayne who managed to visit us in a few hours and brought a hot water back to our home within 20 minutes. He explained the problem, temporarily fixed the boiler while the parts were on order. He carried the repair and annual service in a few days later. I would be still waiting and paying the other company for unnecessary servise, if I didn't call Wayne. I'm very grateful he was free that morning.

CH boiler was burning continuously even when timer OFF and thermostat low. Dorchester Boiler solutions came on same day as they were contacted, identified the problem, replaced a failed valve and sent me a very reasonable invoice. Very satisfied.
