I found Dream Doors to be excellent from the start. They dropped out catalogues before the first visit and there after the men who did the work were all courteous and gave helpful suggestions about how I could improve on my original ideas. I am really pleased with my new kitchen.

The process of working with Hedley Hughes was super easy. They turned up promtly on the day and it wass all completed in 4 hours.

It looks incredible and they even had to deal with a rotten door frame which was absolutely no bother for them.

How does this sound for a review:

Contacted David for a quote to strip and fit our kitchen.  He came round the following day and designed a kitchen for us, giving us lots of options for materials/space useage etc.  He followed with a quote a few days later.  It was a few weeks before he could fit us in - which we thought was a great turnaround time.  All the lads involved in the fit - the fitter, plasterer, electrician etc were friendly, prompt and tidy.   The kitchen is really high quality and better than we imagined.  Really pleased with the kitchen and David’s team.   Thank you!

Full bathroom refit

The team were absolutely fantastic, and remodelled our kitchen exactly how we wanted it.  David came over to quote for us, and worked with us to figure out what we wanted without any pushy sales.  There were a couple of unavoidable delays, but we were made aware of them well in advance and David was very courteous and kind about working with us.  The kitchen now looks absolutely fantastic and I can't fault any of the team for their workmanship - especially the joiner, Ben, who worked late to deliver us some absolutely flawless countertops and replumbed our faulty sink wastepipe.

Trusted Renovation Solutions Ltd

Came to quote bathroom, met us down the suppliers to allow us to pick what we wanted and give us opinions on what goes best with what!  Booked into diary on the spot.  Parts all arrived within the agreed time.  The lads took a key which allowed me to continue my normal routine with work!  Carpets protected and all rubbish removed from house each day.  I got daily updates on what had been done and what was next on the list.  All completed within the agreed time.  We not only used the plumbing side of the company, but also had electric work and brick work completed.  10/10.  All Property respected.

Bathroom renovation

The work involved the removal of a steel bath, plus toilet, wash basin and radiator followed by the installation of a wall-to-wall shower area with cladding panels to wall and ceiling, new toilet, wash basin, toilet and radiator.  Each stage of the job was done well, from preparation of the estimate by Brett, to carrying out the work by Dan.  We were kept informed of arrival times throughout the process and these were always accurate.  Dan was particularly good at understanding our needs and sorting out answers without being flustered!  The quality of the finished work is excellent.

Bathroom refit

We were very nervous about getting work done in our home.  The value of the works meant we had to choose the right company, when we first met Liam we were instantly at ease.  He explained the full possess and even helped us with the architect plans and structural calculations.  The project was not without its complications but the lads easily over came all issue and kept us informed without the full build.  We our every pleased with the out come and glad we put our trust into TRS.

Extension

Nice and friendly lads, Good communication with Liam and Callum throughout the project, Very clean and tidy.  Will be using again to get our kitchen renovated later in the year.  10/10 from us!

Garage Conversion

Excellent communication from day one.  They did exactly as we asked and at a fair price.  The lads were friendly and approachable, we felt very comfortable with them in our home.  We absolutely love our new kitchen and will be returning for more work in the future.  Highly recommend!

Bedroom, study & media wall

Absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.  Sara came and measured, built a couple of design choices and worked in any changes and additions we wanted.   There was no pressure sales, no pushy follow ups.   We booked in and it was scheduled as a 13 day fit.   Steven and his team of plumbers, plasterers and electricians came in on day 1, and on day 13 it was all done.   Can’t recommend them highly enough, over the moon with the kitchen and everyone loves it.
