Combo boiler service

We've just moved into a house with the heating working, but no hot water.  After checking a few possible causes, Fred then identified the issue and resolved the problem within 15 minutes.  Very friendly and courteous.  Will be using again.

Fitted a new boiler and thermostat the day after coming to inspect it.  Had challenges as the boiler had been boxed into a cupboard limiting access.  However they managed to do the job without causing any damage which was very appreciated.  Really reasonable price too, would definitely recommend them.

Who ever put these boards down last must have thought the got a really good fixing with one of the screws, straight into the pipe.

New home owner ripped everything out and started from fresh. We installed a full new heating system, relocated boiler position and rerun new gas supply. Also installed a new gas hob in the new kitchen.

We replaced a vokera linea with a vaillant ecofit 835 with vertical flue. Controlled by vaillant Vsmart internet enabled stat with weather compensation

A utility had penitrating damp around where the boiler was. The job was to remove the boiler and all pipework from wall so plasterer can treat the wall for damp and replaster. We then had to refit the boiler and rerun pipework neatly.

We zoned the underfloor heating and radiators allowing each to be on independantly of each other

The old burner tray had cracked and was leaking gas. The fire had to be condemned and the customer opted to renew the full fire.

We reused the old wooden surround on this installation. It looks quite well.

The customer had completed the surround and hearth. The stove fits nicely into opening. The room has a lovely cosy feel now.

A quick assessment that the ch controller had failed. A fitter came round the same today to fit the new wi-fi controller. This took quite a long time but the job was completed methodically, without fuss and the area cleaned afterwards.

Fantastic Service from Lee, Josh & the team. I had a problem with my boiler so I searched Checkatrade & found Harris Heating. I filled out the online request. I got a reply within 1/2 hour & an engineer arrived the next morning. Lee was fantastic. He found the fault (pump failure) within a few minutes. The bad news was that the vertical flue hadn’t been installed properly and was leaking emissions & hence the boiler had to be condemned. He gave me quote for a new boiler & arrived the next day @ 9am. Josh & his team were brilliant. Friendly, professional & competent. 5* service, brilliant.

Excellent service and attentiveness. 

Only issue I experienced was with the thermostat not having battery power so could not be set and the unit was set up for heating and hot water when only hot water was required, so needed a reset.

Service engineer was excellent, and could not be more helpful. Would definitely use them again!
