    We were looking to convert our detached garage to an annex for an elderly parent. Barnaby visited us at our home to discuss our requirements and look at our existing accommodation and how we used the garage space. He produced some detailed and easy to understand plans very quickly and worked with us to ensure that they met all our requirements and met planning requirements. Barnaby was professional yet easy to work with, from start to finish and I would recommend him to anyone about to embark on a building project. The plans were approved first time and the build is now underway.

    We approached the Design Social as we were intending to build a cattery in our garden. They provided plans for us to approve, which also had to adhere to the legislation surrounding the building of new catteries. They took us through the planning system, and when permission was granted they provided technical drawings for our workmen to follow. A professional and pleasant experience throughout at a fair price.
