The Design Social

Barnaby from The Design Social has supported us with our project from design, to approval with planning, building regulations application, and party wall agreement. He has been informative throughout the process. Getting the project approved initially, a hurdle which he overcame, liasing with planning approvers and updating us along the way. An all round excellent service provided up untill now, and we can finally start our project. I believe there is always room for improvement in any business for me I would have liked communication to be more efficient, however professionalism prevails.

I have no hesitation in recommending Barnaby Robinson and his team at The Design Social. His professionalism and expert knowledge were evident from the very first phone call.
He took away all the stress I have previously encountered when making a planning application.  He dealt easily with unexpected request and additional information needed by the local authority, because we live in a 300 year old, locally listed cottage.
