I booked them to install my new bathroom as they could do everything without having to get separate trades people in they tiled my wall and floor installed a new bathroom suite, installed spotlights that weren't there originally also moved my towel radiator from one side if the room to another. There was 3 people very polite and professional turned up on time as agreed and completed the works quickly and they were always tidy and kept me up to date on everything kitchen next I won't use anyone else now thankyou

I had work carried out to the bathroom flooring and living room ceiling due to a water leak.  The work was carried out but after 8 week the ceiling had split and water was leaking.  I contacted Dean associates who had advised me that I would need to pay for the repairs myself.  I have had to pay another trader to correct the reapirs to the ceiling this has caused allot of worry and stress caused.   The plumber had not fixed the shower correctly which caused the leak.  This was later confirmed to be the cause of the leak from another plumber I would not use this trader again.

Colin was a thorough tradesman.  He arrived on time carried a thorough inspection of the property and answered all questions.  He recommended tanking the kitchen and gave a full quotation.  He arrived on time again to carry out the work which was completed on budget and on time.  He even made recommendations on paint finishing.  I don't normally say what a pleasurable experience tradesmen give but Colin gave an immaculate service.

I can’t praise Aaron and his team of very helpful lads for rescuing me at very short notice and making good another company’s complete mess up of re damp proofing and re plastering my home.  I called DGNE and spoke with Aaron who came round that day and seeing my distress he re assured me that this could be put right and managed to arrange for the work to be carried out 24 hours later. They squeezed me in just before Christmas as I was in desperate need, my daughter bedroom was covered in black mould and damp.  The job was finished to a high standard.
