As I finished unpacking after a hit and arduous journey from Salisbury the door of my flat shut and the lock set shut. I was trapped! I called  Keytek and the responder was helpful immediately. 
Lee arrived within the expected time frame and unlocked the door, identified the problem and fixed it to prevent recurrence. Prompt  best value service - and he turned my frown upside down with his friendly good humour.

Paul arrived promptly and very quickly diagnosed the issue, which was a poorly installed and worn lock cylinder. The mechanism was realigned and the cylinder replaced with a 3*, high security cylinder. All in all, excellent customer service.

All with no fuss and everything explained.  What more could you ask for? Steve doesn't do song and dance routines as far as I know.
