The thing that is really good about property response is that they keep you updated every step.  They also respond so quickly and do good work when necessary.

Boiler broken down 

I used this company a couple of times now and will keep using them for any of my plumbing jobs and will recommend them to anyone that needs a reliable and honest service.
The last time one of their engineers came, the push plug in my bath stopped working properly and it let the water through. When I explained to them and showed them photos, they ordered a replacement and installed it free of charge. It's when things go wrong that the behaviour of a company tells you if they're good or not. In this instance; I have no complaint and know that they're honest, professional and reliable. 

When something goes wrong that's when you know

Easy booking process. Plumber couldn't  make the first slot booked, then turned up earlier than expected for the next day.

Very friendly and straightforward plumber, no fuss and cleaned up afterwards, job took as long as expected, seems done well as far as I can tell!

Engineer arrived within 2 hours of call out to fix a leak on a new shower. Fixed quickly and efficiently within the one hour charged call out time. Phone communications were clear and concise and the engineer was friendly and informative whilst on site.

Really helpful and proficient work; they got the parts and fixed my leaks quickly and efficiently. Lidia from the office was also really helpful in terms of co-ordinating the works  (including getting a replacement plumber when the plumber due at my place was sick). I was in very good hands and I will definitely use Rennils again !

lucky to deal with her it should be smooth sailing, he discussed my options and was straight talking, not trying to upsell and add unnecessary extras but will offer a range of boilers thermostats, and things for you to make up your mind.  If you have questions he was more than happy to explain.  The video survey / walk-through prior to the installation was a breeze too.  Jay who did the install was a good guy, he worked diligently ensuring it was all sorted and I was more than happy with him

Kevin did a thorough job inspecting the drainage pipes with the CCTV camera and ascertained that the subsidence issue was not related to a fault with them.  He did discover an old capped manhole that he believes was not properly sealed and has recommended that the area of the driveway is dug up to fully investigate and resolve the issue.
He'll be back next week!

Washbasin repair

In our double oven, the bigger fan Oven stopped working. It was a gamble to call out RY or go direct to the manufacturer as its 11 years old. The RY booking process was simple and the engineer called before arrival. He pulled out the Oven, sorted and repaired the issue within 15 minutes, Great stuff and only £5 above the call out charge (£98 inc VAT) If he had said that parts were required and I was looking at £150 I would not have blinked, so for honesty, timekeeping and communication, this was a 5* performance and would recommend. Commercial kitchen water and appliance refit

Rico, Charlie and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with! KRL did my main bathroom renovation and I couldn't be happier. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the finish is high quality as Rico is a perfectionist. When the old floorboards were removed, I saw rubble and broken tiles in the subfloor (probably from decades ago) and Rico removed these without me even asking - I thought that showed good character. Through KRL, I met other good contractors - builder, tiler and plasterers, whom I have also added to my good list. Thank you again for everything!

Toilet fix

The guys at KRL Plumbing and Heating replaced our shower system.  Rico and team were excellent throughout the process.  There were a couple of unexpected issues with our system during the works but Rico and team resolved it diligently with no fuss.  You can tell Rico takes a lot of provide in his work.  Highly recommend him.  Excellent all round.
