This is the second time I have had Ollie carry out work, this time he carried out a complete bathroom replacement including tiling, could not speak highly enough of Ollie and Smart flow plumbing and heatings work ethic and attention to detail. Highly recommend and will 100% us them again.

Bathroom fitment 

My mum had no heating for the winter. British Gas quoted an astronomical price to fix it. Recommended smartflow. Got my mums heating back up and better than ever for a fraction of the price. Really grateful.

Can not recommend Oliver @ smart flow enough. He came and installed a new bathroom for me, ripping out the old one too. He was always on time & arrived when he said he would. Very clean and a great attention to detail, something difficult to find in a tradesman these days. Would not hesitate to recommend him to all my friends & family.

Came as an emergency when my kitchen tap split and started spraying water.  Talked me through containing the leak on the telephone and came out swiftly to repair.  Very polite and tidy.

Replace wash basin taps and internal cistern works

Within minutes of me asking for assistance via check a trade I received a call asking how he could help, he offered solutions first to see if I could fix by doing a couple of easy things, he followed up with a call next day as promised, attended same day to assess problem and give me a costing.  As urgent he also fitted me into his busy schedule.  What I was quoted was what I paid even though it took him a lot longer to sort the problem out.  Can not recommend highly enough.  If I need a plumber in future I would not hesitate in contacting him.  I have also told family about him just in case.

Hot water problem

Arrived promptly, and commenced work straight away,having previously assessed the work required.An unexpected problem was quickly resolved.  The job was speedily concluded and the site left clean and tidy.  I am most grateful for all this firm has done for me.
