Michael was really helpful in reassuring me that my drains were functioning whilst removing any debris in the main waste pipe. He also helped seal an area of concern and drew my attention to an unrelated issue and its causation. I found this a very helpful experience and my knowledge of my drains has improved.

Fast and effective job

This company have wonderful customer service but they aren't ideal for things like fitting a bathroom as they operate as an emergency service they charge call-out fees to do site fees and receive a quote. When I spoke to the customer service agent she informed me that the money paid could be used towards the work carried out but if you choose another service you will lose eighty pounds just for the quote. It seems ideal for emergency plumbing but not for fitting services. Just something I wanted to make others aware of.

Dan the gas man came round and sorted our service. He was very friendly, professional and sorted it quickly. Would definitely recommend

We have used Surrey Heating service for many years and will continue to do so.  Ryan and his team have always provided an excellent service.  Prompt, efficient and tidy.  They communicate well and always do a great job and their work has been consistently good.  Not common these days unfortunately… highly recommend this company.

Very quick and very efficient service from the guys.  Started 7AM sharp and at 14:00 we already had brand new boiler.  The price as well was better than other companies offered.  Very pleased with the service.

At this stage we have removed the floor, plumbed in pipework and reinforced the wall for the shower screen. The bath has been filled with water and covered to protect it in preperation for tiling

An L shaped bath with a ceiling fed rain shower will be installed here. The plug socket will need to be removed and the light switch moved to the outside of the room. The stud wall will also be reinforced to the left of the light switch to allow for a shower screen to be mounted

What a Transformation

This room nowlooks and functions superb. a far cry from the room we started out with 2 weeks ago. Customer exstatic and will be calling us back later in the year to refurbish en suite number 2. we can't wait.

This kitchen is to be completely stripped out. The current hob location will be changed and a new Induction hob and chimney extract installed on the opposite wall. New electrical feeds will be run for the new Hob.

Ready for a re vamp

This cluttered wall will be the location of the new Hob and will be much more open. The utility room at the end of the kitchen has issues with cold and damp due to very thin walls which we will be insulating.

The sink location will remain the same however we will be creating a window ledge below the window prior to fitting the new kitchen. the walls may require plastering dependent on what happens on removal of the wall tiles. The customer has recently had new floor tiles installed so they will have to be well protected during strip out and install.

Due to damage to the old plasterboard whilst taking down the old wall tiles we decided to remove and replace them. This also helped with access to the electrical wiring for the kitchen and our Electrician was able to make the required changes. Once this was done new plasterboard was installed prior to plastering.

As the customer didn't have a window sill in their old kitchen we made allowances in the kitchen plan to build them one which you can see here. Once the kitchen is fitted it will be finished with a new UPVC `sill

A new stud wall was erected seperating the old larder and the kitchen as the old wall was a single sheet of plasterboard and was very thin and wonky. New wiring can be seen which has been installed for the Extractor and low level we installed a new feed for the Induction Hob

The new wiring is in place for the appliances, Oven, microwave and integral fridge freezer. the hob and extractor were originally on this side of the kitchen but are being moved to the other side.

The plaster has now dried and the units have been installed along with the new worktop.

The Hob and base units are now in place. At this stage the hob is kept covered and protected against Dust and dirt.

Due to very Limited space we had to use the Utility room as our main storage throughout this project meaning that now the kitchen is finished we can start on the utility room.
