We had Steve and his team in to fully refurbish our bathroom this time, all to my own design. They have treated our property with respect and left the property in an immaculate state each day. They are hands-on and will not leave until they are satisfied with their work. The bathroom looks absolutely stunning. I believe this is now the 4th job we have had Bentley Builders in for and can't fault them on any of their skills. 

Bathroom fully refurbished 

Excellent work from Bentley Builders! Met and actually exceeded our expectations! Came up with solutions for any issues that come up and sorted it all with no fuss. Work was carried out promptly and on time.

Patio and Retaining Wall build

Company stated that it was interested in my job.  I left a voicemail for them to contact me but never heard from them.  I called again, my call was answered, but he said that he couldn’t /wouldn’t travel the distance.  Why say you are interested when you know that won’t travel the distance to the job? What a waste of my time!

Didn’t even contact me

Very pleased with Bentley Builders.  They turned up when they said they would; they did not leave the job (apart from the end of a working day) until the job was finished.  They cleaned up at the end of each day.  The workmanship is exceptional, the workmen were all lovely and the bill was very competitive.

Dining Room upgrade

Stephen's men arrived on time they went through the job with me, I found them polite and cleaned up after the wall was removed.  Very pleased with the word they did

Charlie has exceeded our expectations on this job and we are beyond pleased. His communication was spot-on from start to finish, always reliable, honest and hard-working throughout. He was respectful to both our property and those of our neighbours and we cannot recommend him highly enough. The task he carried out is naturally a messy job, but he has done everything he could to clean and tidy as much as possible as he went along to allow us to carry on living around him with minimal interruptions. Met every agreement, on time, very pleasant, professional and conscientious.  Very neat and tidy, respecting our home.  Checked with us at progressive stages to ensure our satisfaction.  The ultimate test is would we use him again; the answer very definitely.

This was are large project involving removing an internal wall and floor, making good an exterior wall, inserting 2 beams, altering a window, repairing chimney, brickwork and roof tiles, plus repainting.  At all times, we had total confidence in Sam, he was polite, tidy and kept us informed at all times.  His work was as we asked for and the whole project exceeded our own expectations.

Refurbish a large old house

Sam and his team take pride in their work and it shows.  They were very respectful to our house, pets, and neighbours.   Alterations were gladly accommodated and the schedule of works was always clearly defined.  It was reassuring to know Sam was on top of it all.  Delighted to have worked with Sam and his team and will absolutely be contacting them first for future jobs.  10/10

Very happy with all work completed.  Sam communicated daily to ensure everything was as I wanted and very willing to make any changes discussed.  Very efficient, pleasant and tidy.

Jake and his crew were a lovely bunch, removed existing damaged walls and rebuilt new ones .  Driveway was completely covered and any mess was kept to a minimum .  New walls look great and completed on time.

We recently had Jake and his team come to re-build our garden wall which had been partly damaged due to a car going into it.  From the first phone call, Jake was friendly and professional.  The work started very quickly at a reasonable price.  The men were on time every day, polite and cleaned up before leaving every day.  We are thinking about extending our property soon, and would not choose anyone else to do the work.  Highly recommend this company.  Thank you Jake!

I had jjs build my extension, couldn’t fault them from start to finish extremely neat work.  Would like to give an extra thankyou to the guys that completed the build as the attention they gave with keeping a clean work place was incredible which put our mind at rest with the children still using the garden.
