My electric shower broke and I needed to replace it quickly. Josh provided a straightforward and very reasonable quote for the job and it was booked in quickly. He also kept me updated on the plumber's (Simon) arrival time on the day, which was much appreciated. Simon did the job quickly, efficiently and cleanly and I would definitely recommend JSW and use them again!

Electric Shower Replacement

Josh popped round on short notice to diagnose why our boiler wasn't working.  I identified the problem quickly and order the relevant parts ready to fix the boiler a few days later.  His speediness was much appreciated considering the cold weather!

Amazing....  Josh came out at very short notice to service my boiler turned out I had a leak.  But managed to sort job out the following day even moved his work load around to accommodate my urgency I have already booked him in for more work.  Highly recommend.  Very professional and clean tidy workmanship.  Also a pleasure to talk to and explained his work every step of the way .

I needed to replace my gas hob. I gave JSW a call and they fit me in the following week. They sent me a text right after the call confirming the date. They did a great job, we're very nice and had good communication. 10/10

Quick to contact me and provide a quote for the works, they were able to book me in quickly. The plumber was really friendly and efficient. I was happy with the service and price paid. All efficient and easy to deal with. 

Shower/Bath tap fitting 

Kevin did a thorough job inspecting the drainage pipes with the CCTV camera and ascertained that the subsidence issue was not related to a fault with them.  He did discover an old capped manhole that he believes was not properly sealed and has recommended that the area of the driveway is dug up to fully investigate and resolve the issue.
He'll be back next week!

Washbasin repair

In our double oven, the bigger fan Oven stopped working. It was a gamble to call out RY or go direct to the manufacturer as its 11 years old. The RY booking process was simple and the engineer called before arrival. He pulled out the Oven, sorted and repaired the issue within 15 minutes, Great stuff and only £5 above the call out charge (£98 inc VAT) If he had said that parts were required and I was looking at £150 I would not have blinked, so for honesty, timekeeping and communication, this was a 5* performance and would recommend. Really helpful and proficient work; they got the parts and fixed my leaks quickly and efficiently. Lidia from the office was also really helpful in terms of co-ordinating the works  (including getting a replacement plumber when the plumber due at my place was sick). I was in very good hands and I will definitely use Rennils again !

If you have questions he was more than happy to explain.  The video survey / walk-through prior to the installation was a breeze too.  Jay who did the install was a good guy, he worked diligently ensuring it was all sorted and I was more than happy with him

We did not know if there was a lever on the incoming water supply to our flat other than the defective one that needed to be replaced.  Youssef checked all possible locations and managed to find one.  He then turn the water off and most efficiently removed the old fitting and fitted a new unit. Following a burst pipe on a Friday evening which was badly affecting the neighbour's apartment below, Youssef arrived within a very short time following my telephone call.  I was most grateful for his prompt response in an emergency.  He quickly traced and stopped the leak.  Since then he has returned to correct poor workmanship by a previous plumber.
